B	Barbora Hrdličková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolvovali jsme s rodiči náš první výlet na skialpech na Ještěd. Byl to parádní zážitek, který nás navnadil se skialpinismu v budoucnu věnovat. Instruktor Honza byl príma a veškerá komunikace se SportCourses proběhla hladce. Doporučuji. We went with our parents to our first trip to the ski alps to Ještěd. It was a great experience that enticed us to ski alpinism in the future. Instructor Honza was straightforward and all communication with SportCourses was smooth. I recommend.

V	Veronika Poláková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ještě chybělo nabízení hrnců na tomto kurzu. Lektor Samuel Veselý velké zklamání. Vše jsme měli hrazené a ještě nám chtěl prodávat hůlky, sněžnice, košíčky proti sněhu na hůlky, nabízel různé kurzy co umí co děla... což jsme od nej opravdu nepotřebovali poslouchat na výletě v přírodě. Na konci našeho horského výletu bylo zjištěno, ze po cestě sněhem se mi ztratila součástka a pan Samuel navrhl, ze si tedy mohu zakoupit tyto sněžnice za 2600,- a nebo mu na opravu dat 1000,- dala jsem mu 500,-. Z toho nám vlastně přiznal, ze tyto zapujcovane sněžnice chtěl na dále prodat jako ,,nové”, dalším zákazníkům. Což je klamání zákazníka. No navrhli jsme Samuelovi tedy variantu reklamace, ze jsou to očividně vadné sněžnice. Po několika tydnech se Samuel ozval, ze reklamace kladně vyrizená, ať pošlu číslo účtu. Očekávala jsem, ze pokud je zboží v reklamaci, tak mi pan Samuel vrátí mých 500,- ale to se nestalo. Vrátil jen 250,- s tím, ze platil poštovné vadných sněžnic. Což mne opravdu jako zákazníka nezajímá pokud je zboží v reklamaci. No, za nás určitě nedoporučuji a nikdy již nevyužiji. Děkuji There was still no offer of pots on this course. At the end of our mountain trip, it was discovered that I lost a part on the way through the snow, and Mr. Samuel suggested that I buy some snowshoes for 2600, - or give him 500 to repair data, - 500. In fact, he admitted to us that he wanted to sell these borrowed snowshoes as "new" to other customers. Which is a deception of the customer. Well, we suggested to Samuel a variant of the complaint that they are obviously defective snowshoes. After a few weeks, Samuel said that the claim had been settled, send me the account number. I expected that if the goods were in a complaint, Mr. Samuel would return my 500, - but it didn't happen. He returned only 250, - with the fact that he paid postage for defective snowshoes. Which I really don't care about as a customer if the goods are in a complaint. Well, I definitely do not recommend it for us and I will never use it again. Thank you

Přestože jsme měli vše zaplaceno včetně půjčení veškerého vybavení, trval na proplacení půjčovného jednoho košíčku od hůlky za 150,-. Přitom některé vybavení jsme si nepůjčovali, část jsme si po dohodě přivezli vlastní a jeden člen výpravy vůbec nejel, jakoukoliv kompenzaci jsme neřešili. Kamarádce, která s námi byla, bohužel ke konci praskla sněžnice. Náš průvodce trval na tom, aby si zničenou sněžnici koupila za plnou cenu nové! Nakonec jsme jej přemluvili, aby sněžnici reklamoval. Chtěl si převzít od kamarádky 500,-, které jí po úspěšné reklamaci vrátí. Když jsme z výletu odjížděli, byli jsme takoví rozčarovaní. Samuel nám během něj stále něco "prodával" a v podstatě nepříjemně si šel za tím, že kromě výletu "na nás ještě něco vydělá." Občerstvení během výletu jsme mu koupili, dávali jsme mu i vlastní. Velmi nemile mě překvapilo, když jsem zjistila, že kamarádce i přes schválenou reklamaci nevrátil plnou částku, odečetl poštovné za 250,-. Naštěstí nám 150,- za košíček hůlky později vrátil. When we left the trip, we were so disappointed. Samuel was still "selling" something to us during it, and he was basically uncomfortable going after the fact that in addition to the trip, "he will still earn something for us." We bought him snacks during the trip, we also gave him our own. I was very unpleasantly surprised when I found out that, despite the approved complaint, he did not return the full amount to his friend, he deducted the postage for 250 CZK. Fortunately, he returned 150 wands for the wand basket later. An unpleasant experience.

Ačkoliv jsem již dříve byl na jiné ferratě a domníval jsem se, že už to v zásadě umím a znám, dozvěděl jsem se od instruktora Samuela mnoho nových užitečných a praktických informací, které jsem si následně sám vyzkoušel přímo na ferrátě. V rámci přípravy jsme provedli i praktický nácvik jak běžných tak i krizových situací. Velmi zajímavý kurz a užitečný kurz. Mohu doporučit. I completed a course of safe via ferrata climbing in Semily with instructor Sam. Although I had been to another ferrata before and thought that I already knew and knew it, I learned a lot of new useful and practical information from instructor Samuel, which I then tried out on the ferrata myself. As part of the preparation, we also carried out practical training in both normal and crisis situations. Very interesting course and useful course. I can recommend.

Za profesionální přístup patří této společnosti velký dík. Jen tak dál, ať se Vám daří! Pan Veselý mě ujišťoval, že se peníze vrací. Nakonec vystavil fakturu s nedoplatkem a likvidace této hromady nás vyšla na 23000,-CZK. Bylo nám řečeno nebo s námi konzultováno, ze konečná cena bude vyšší? Nebylo! Byla zaslaná pouze faktura. Zlodějina! (Na faktuře položky jako “závěrečný výkaz 639,-, amortizace vozidla 6000,- jsou už jen třešnička). Mr. Veselý was approached to liquidate this pile. After a deposit of 15,000 CZK, he was asked if it wasn't too much. We counted about 10-12000. Mr. Veselý assured me that the money was coming back. In the end, he issued an invoice with arrears and the liquidation of this pile cost us 23,000 CZK. Have we been told or consulted that the final price will be higher? It wasn't! Only an invoice was sent. Thief! (On the invoice items such as "final statement 639, -, depreciation of the vehicle 6000, - there are only cherries).
