We have a grandmother in this home, she's been there for half a year and she looks very happy. And that is the most important thing for us. There is a very nice staff, there are always some activities on each floor and a beautiful park where Grandma and I go for a walk. So far, we can only recommend.

A shocking device, so to speak. I am very happy that my parents survived and I was able to put them elsewhere. basic human needs not met ... appalling food, insufficient hygiene ... parents do not wash during the visit, horror, lack of interest in clients (now Dad rejoices that someone will peel his orange ... yes, I don't understand, they couldn't do that !! that he became almost lager !!!, he was there for less than 5 months and during that time he lost 1/3 of all his clothes ... found out during the translation (I don't understand why he means the clothes, also with my mother), during When visiting outside, my parents were inappropriately dressed ... for the imagination it was below zero, the snow and my mother did not have a jacket or a hat (they had to bring it on my initiative), they both did not have outdoor shoes (they only had socks and slippers !!! but there was no willingness to put them on), reluctant social worker Krugová (for whom everything was a problem, especially getting a pension, I arranged in the end ... in comparison with another workplace, where now the social worker arranges everything, we do not have to call, walk, take care ....... and now the main thing .... HEALTH CARE appalling and sad .. ..I'm a doctor, so I know what I'm talking about. Not only did my mother almost let me die, they did not call her an ambulance, I had to take care of myself and call the hospital, and I indicated all this over the phone, but the nurses, including Sister Csuk, who claimed to see her, left her without medical care !!!! It wasn't until my last minute intervention that I saved her life. She was immediately hospitalized in Covid's ICU, where fortunately her condition stabilized. The helpful doctors of the Litoměřice Hospital gave me detailed information every day and took great care of my mother. Thank you very much. At the same time, the arrogant behavior and reluctance of Sister Csuková knows no bounds ... my mother was almost bald, I had to deal with this condition and get treatment, which unfortunately was only a month ago !!!! I also wanted to look at the medical records and I was told that they did not have informed consent, yes they did not have informed consent ... everywhere you enter a medical facility, informed consent is signed and this "top private facility" did not have it. In the end, I still didn't get the documentation until the translation. To cut a long story short, they didn't do it and didn't do the tests on the hospital's recommendation, and I still don't understand why. Yes, fortunately my parents have survived all this and are now satisfied with the state institution. Therefore, please think carefully about where to put your seniors, otherwise you will be as unhappy as I am.

We brought our parents to DS Senekur in January 2018. It was a great relief for both of them, because suddenly it was not necessary to clean, shop, cook, wash ... Visits 7 days a week, anytime. We could have taken them together for the whole day, for example. Daily 5 meals, lunch and dinner choice of two options. Swimming with assistance every week, without assistance at any time. Hairdresser and pedicurist every month, joint trips (eg theater in Most, ride on the "train" around Terezín). When his father had problems with food, he got mixed up. All negotiations with the authorities (new identity card, elections, filling in the census sheet, etc.) are entirely under the direction of the DS, there is no need to worry about that. Healthcare - thanks to a nearby hospital - a good, general practitioner goes once a week. Unfortunately, there have been major restrictions due to the pandemic for more than a year. Most clients are vaccinated, but a few have refused, so visits can only take place at certain hours and in one room, in veils and coats. It is not possible to take clients out of the complex (for example, home). There is a lack of staff, both caregivers and nurses. The basic staff we have met in those 4 years is stable and everyone is nice and dedicated. But new nurses usually don't last long, this job isn't really for everyone. And there is a desperate shortage of nurses nationwide.

I have had a father in the Home for the Elderly since March this year. We chose the facility because he was born there and also because of the beautiful and a large forest park where Dad spends a lot of time. Dad is very happy there and so are we. The care is perfect, the staff nice, smiling, everywhere clean and fragrant. Dad also praises the kitchen, he likes the food, it is varied, the dining room is always nicely set. And I would also like to commend the decoration of the entire facility, especially during the holidays. As a family, thank you very much for the great care and wonderful staff

I have good experience with the SeneCura home in Terezín. The staff evaluates positively, I praise the care of our grandmother, the cuisine is excellent, the activities are varied for the residents. A big bonus is the adjacent park with a herd of five mini ponies. At first, I sometimes wondered if choosing a home was the best thing we could do for a loved one as a family. However, occasional doubts and concerns cannot change my almost three-year belief that SeneCura Terezín is the best we have negotiated for my dear grandmother. Thanks for that!
