Идеальное место, если хочешь купить кому-то подарок. Сам интерьер тоже располагает. Для девушек же есть там что-то вроде гримерки в центре зала. Great selection of perfumes. Vím, že se to nedá srovnávat s Prahou, ale i tak jsem ráda, že pořádnou parfumerii v centru města. I do not have a problem. The staff always tried. Teď už budu nakupovat pouze na e-shopu. I liked going to this store very much, but unfortunately this Sephora disappointed me with the attitude of shop assistants who seemed to bother them. D	Dmitrij Demidenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fakt odporně místo a arogantní obsluha, nikdy se už do Liberecké Sephory nejdu, mám kvůli nim zablokovanou kartu (přičemž PIN byl zadán správně) a pokaženou náladu moji a holky, které jsem se chystal tam dárek koupit. Sice kartu se dá odblokovat, ale zbytečně ztracený čas, nervy a pokaženou náladu se vrátit ne dá, Proto bych nedal ani jednu hvězdu obchodu monopolu s obrovskými cenami, kde personál není schopen zvládnout práci s platebním terminálem. Fakt hrůza Really disgusting place and arrogant service, I never go to Liberec Sephora again, because of them I have blocked the card (PIN was entered correctly) and spoiled my mood and the girl I was going to buy a gift there. Although the card can be unblocked, but unnecessarily wasted time, nerves and spoiled mood can not be returned, so I would not give a single star monopoly store with huge prices, where the staff is unable to handle the payment terminal. Really horrible

Průměr - když není jiná možnost, musím nakoupit tu. Saleswomen are forced, security watches, as if every customer was at least a terrorist and choice compared to Prague incomparable (but that can be expected). Average - if there is no other option, I have to buy here.

Jedna ze slečen měla opravdu škaredý výraz kdykoliv se ji někdo na něco zeptal. Sortiment fajn, ale obsluha mě odradila tak, že si raději zboží budu objednávat z eshopu. Arrogant and very unpleasant service. The two girls looked like they would rather be anywhere else and the customers just bothered them. One of the girls had a really ugly expression whenever someone asked her something. The assortment is nice, but the staff discouraged me so much that I would rather order the goods from the e-shop.

Takový člověk nemá na prodejně co dělat. Zboží si raději koupím v eshopu, sem už mě nikdo nedostane. Reklamovala jsem prošlý produkt, který mi byl prodán a nedočkala jsem se ani omluvy, natož slušného zacházení. Moc hezké. I agree with the review below - an arrogant, emotionally unstable and unprofessional young saleswoman who apparently does not realize that her behavior is primarily to represent the company and not to argue with the customer. Such a person has nothing to do in the store. I prefer to buy the goods in the e-shop, no one will get me here anymore. I complained about an expired product that was sold to me and I did not receive any apology, let alone decent treatment. Very nice.
