★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme byla prvně v SEPHORE na obočí, byla zde velmi příjemná slečna (bohužel jsem si nevšimla jména), slečna byla moc příjemna a ochotná, poradila mi i zároveň s výběrem produktu. Určitě přijdeme zase. :-)
 Today we were for the first time in SEPHORE on the eyebrows, there was a very nice girl (unfortunately I did not notice the name), the girl was very nice and helpful, she also advised me with the choice of product. We will definitely come again. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc milá slečna, která se mi snažila pomoct s vybráním lehkého make-upu. Dala mi vzorečky na doma, protože pro mě bylo těžké ho zkusit na prodejně - bez krému, báze apod. … Mockrát jí děkuji, za mě jedna z nejlepších poboček v Praze.
A very nice young lady who tried to help me choose a light make-up. She gave me samples at home because it was difficult for me to try it in the store - without cream, base, etc.… Thank you so much, one of the best branches in Prague for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presto ze je Sephora draha v porovnani s jinymi 'znackami', primo do teto na Zlicine se rada vracim. Ochotny personal, vzdy rad poradi, pomuze, nabidne 'vyhodnejsi' nakup a neodchazim bez vzorecku :) Coz me pokazde velmi potesi. Doporucuji!
Despite the fact that Sephora is expensive compared to other 'brands', I like to return directly to this one in Zlicina. Helpful staff, always happy to advise, help, offer a more convenient shopping and I do not leave without a sample :) Which always makes me very happy. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mladý blond pán je úžasný a moc ráda se za ním vracím, ale i další personál prodejny je úžasně příjemný. :) Oceňuji, že je zde i jedna starší paní, ke které má zase větší důvěru moje maminka.
The young blond gentleman is amazing and I am very happy to return to him, but the other staff of the store is also wonderfully friendly. :) I appreciate that there is also an older lady, whom my mother has more confidence in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva byla docela nepříjemná. Po vybrání produktů jsme si s mamkou stouply ke kasám, kde obsluhovala jedna slečna zákaznici. Čekaly jsme, až přijde další zaměstnanec na kasu (to nám nevadilo, přeci jen zaměstnanci nemůžou být na více místech najednou), ale jedna ze zaměstnankyň (starší, tmavé vlasy se skřipcem) se hrnula s pár produkty a zákaznicí před nás. Slečna na pokladně ji upozornila, že jsme byly u kasy první. Na to starší zaměstnankyně zareagovala tak, že se na nás začala tvářit a něco šeptat zákaznici. V jednu chvíli mi i přišlo, že moji mamku paroduje, když se máma zeptala na částku k doplacení.
Nevím, co to mělo znamenat, ale dost mě to otrávilo. Do Sephory chodím ráda a s takovým jednáním jsem se setkala poprvé.
Today's visit was quite unpleasant. After choosing the products, my mother and I went to the cash registers, where a young lady served a customer. We waited for another employee to arrive at the cash register (we didn't mind, after all, employees can't be in more than one place at a time), but one of the employees (older, dark hair with a clip) flocked with a few products and a customer in front of us. The young lady at the cash register warned her that we were the first at the cash register. The older employee reacted by starting to look at us and whisper something to the customer. At one point, it occurred to me that she was parodying my mother when my mother asked about the amount to be paid.
I don't know what that meant, but it poisoned me a lot. I like going to Sephora, and I have encountered this for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good, I will choose exactly this store branch for all next times, because here I got the best consultation EVER! Usually I have huge problem with choosing right products, but Anna C. made for me unbelievable- she found literally ALL I NEEDED! For me, for my mother and my friend ? It was this rare type of shopping, when you spend big amount of money without any doubt, cos products fit you perfect and you have amazing emotions ? Finally I found all I was needed (skin care, full cosmetic set from tone till mascara, my first perfect red lipstick and a little more ?)! Anna, thank you so much one more time!
