Počítač jsem si zalila vodou a původně zanesla do jednoho nejmenovaného servisu - tam mi sdělili, že počítač nelze opravit neb je vše zkorodováno, ale můžou pouze vyměnit všechny díly - oprava cca 12 tis. Tak jsem ho měla doma v šuplíku, až mi známý navrhl, že ho zkusí vzít ještě k vam ze byl u vas a byl spokojený. Cena opravy nesrovnatelná navíc do týdne opraven. Tedy rozhodně Vaše služby doporučuji všemi deseti a ještě jednou děkuji! Thank you very much for repairing my laptop! Zkusila jsem opravnu na doporuceni od znameho a tez mohu doporucit. Very accommodating approach, willing to solve a more complex problem with a laptop without a problem at an affordable price. R	Robert Urmanič on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravu notebooku jsem musel nechat reklamovat, i přes to se vyskytly menší komplikace s výměnou fénku a pravděpodobně nechtěné vytažení káblíků z wifi komponentu. Za normálních okolností bych opravu notebooku reklamoval znovu, ale musím na něm pracovat (nehodlám čekat další 2 týdny na triviální opravu) Práce byla na mé poměry předražená, vyčištění laptopu za ~1100,- vyměnění fénku a oprava jednoho pantu za další ~3000,- . Nechci ale sdílet pouze negativní zkušenosti s danou pobočkou. Po nespokojené recenzi jsem dostal omluvný hovor, také mi bylo nabídnuto vrácení peněz - volající se mnou jednal velice profesionálně a toho si vážím. Vedení servisu své chyby nezpochybňuje a udělá vše pro to, aby je napravilo. After a dissatisfied review I received an apologetic call, I was also offered a refund - the caller treated me very professionally and I appreciate that. Service management does not question their mistakes and will do everything to correct them.

Po opravě mi opět fungovaly některé funkce klávesnice, se kterými jsem měla před servisem problém. :) The laptop was repaired quickly and efficiently. In addition to replacing the motherboard, they immediately replaced the heat-conducting pastes. After the repair, some keyboard functions worked for me again, which I had a problem with before the service. :)
