Absolute satisfaction! At 12.30 I contacted the technician about the failure of the washing machine, at 14.30 they came and loaded for the washing machine themselves, at 14.45 they called me with information about the failure, proposed solution and clear price, after approval they started assembling and at 17.30 they brought me the washing machine home! That's right, it should look like! Serious, clear and factual action + recommendations on how to prevent a fault! Warranty and invoice is a matter of course. I hope I no longer need their services, but if I do, I will not contact anyone else! I warmly recommend :)

The same time, I go to the company and in 20 minutes I'm with you. I understand that the master has a lot, but so he has to give real deadlines so that people don't wait at home like a god.

I have to oppose negation. Everything according to the agreement was exactly as he said. In the evening I brought a dryer in the morning and I called, I immediately picked it up, we agreed and in the evening I picked up a functional one. It's been three weeks and everything is working as it should. I believe Mr. is busy, so those who don't bring are just waiting. I recommend going to me again next time. Big thanks

CONCLUSION: Personally, I would really consider whether you can contact someone else. Or if this gentleman bakes you with a deadline once, do not contact him again. I have the advantage of being at kindergarten at home, but if I had to take time off for him, he would really piss me off. WHY I THINK: Although I read about the unreliability of the lord, I tried to call and wonder of the world, the first correction turned out great. He arrived for the washing machine within an hour, informed me in advance about the price (CZK 2,500), and the next day he brought the washing machine according to the agreement. I felt great about it! After 14 days, the washing machine broke down again. So I turned to this company again. On Monday we agreed on a date for the next day. Nothing happened on Tuesday, so I decided to contact the master two hours after the agreed time. Phone turned off. So I understood he wasn't coming. The next day I called him to find out where I was. He apologized for the previous day and we set a new date for Thursday. After two hours of waiting beyond the agreed time, when I twice received an answer like "I'll be there in a moment", he told me that he was waiting for the car and could not promise to arrive within the hour… I had to leave, so we set a new one. deadline for friday morning. Despair was starting to bother me here, so I asked him if I could really count on him to arrive because I was starting to get in trouble (I have a small child). He choked and promised for sure. Well, I didn't want to break the stick over him, so I believed he could really care this time. As you may have guessed, the lord has not arrived. And he stopped taking the phone. I called him about 10 times. It can be seen that he decided not to answer on purpose, because it is not possible for him to miss the phone 10 times. I am incredibly disappointed by such actions. He left me alone. Now I am not able to arrange another repairman before the weekend, so I will have to wait again until Monday…. Maybe a small repair to the 500 was not worth the effort. The first service was financially more promising… I do not know. You could have picked up the phone and said plainly that you would not arrive, Mr. Colonial. But your behavior is a lot of shit, not a man of honor. A word makes a guy, and yours was worth it.
