★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kéž by všechny prodejny měly tak skvělý zákaznický servis jako Sevt. V objednávce mi byla vyměněna položka a po kontaktování podpory, byla obratem odeslána správná položka. Papírnictví, kde určitě budu nakupovat i nadále.
I wish all stores had such great customer service as Sevt. An item was exchanged in my order and after contacting support, the correct item was sent immediately. Stationery shop, where I will definitely continue shopping.

Zadnej pozdrav, prijdu a rekne “neco delam, moment” … takze cekam, pak ji reknu cislo objednavky, ktery si ani neni schopna hned psat. Mezitim ma dalsi dva hovory, kde se vybavuje s kolegyni a dalsimu zakaznikovi rekne, ze ma smulu, protoze v sest jde domu. ? Protoze se na tohle sileny vydejni misto dostavate priserne autem, natoz MHD tak je oteviraci doba k smichu. Navic kdyz tam potkate takovou prodavacku, tak se Vam chce smat a brecet zaroven!

Prices are very good. Far from center but good parking. At the desk there is a nice but unfortunately not English speaking lady. Possibility to buy retail, even a single pen or book. Obviously, everything in Czech language.
