Nedoporučuji! Nezvedají telefony, těžkopádný postup při reklamaci, špatné rady ke strojům. Raději nakupte jinde, ušetříte si čas a nervy.
I do not recommend! They don't pick up the phones, the cumbersome procedure for complaints, bad advice on machines. Better shop elsewhere, save time and nerves.

Maximálna spokojnosť. Skvelé ceny. Komunikácia a zákaznícky servis na vynikajúcej a odbornej úrovni. Určite odporúčam. Dodanie bolo rýchlejšie ako pri objednaní zo Slovenska (na Slovensko)

Podvodníci! Poslali mám pokazený stroj, po reklamácii vymenili za iný pokazený, po ďalšej reklamácii nám poslali opravený prvý stroj (žiaden záznam o oprave!). Odstúpenie od zmluvy nemožné, email odpojený, mobil nikto nedvíha. Podávame podnet na inšpekciu.
Scammers! I sent a broken machine, after a complaint they replaced it with another broken one, after another complaint they sent us the repaired first machine (no record of repair!). Withdrawal from the contract impossible, email disconnected, no one is picking up the mobile phone. We are initiating an inspection.

NÁKUP V TOMTO OBCHODE V ŽIADNOM PRÍPADE NEODPORÚČAM !!! Pani Tomčalová mi poslala pokazený stroj, ktorý ani nebol nový, čo som zistil pri vybaľovaní stroja z krabice, z ktorej boli postŕhané nálepky po predošlom zákozníkovi a ani zabalenie stroja nebolo fabrické. Na stroji PFAFF Smarter 260c nefungovala regulácia otáčok, čo som pani Tomčalovej oznámil emailom a priložil video. Kedže na emaily neodpovedala ani nedvíhala telefón, rozhodol som sa jej stroj vrátiť. Po uplynutí 14 dňovej zákonnej lehoty (18 dní) mi NEVRÁTILA PENIAZE ZA TOVAR, 319,41 € !!! EDIT: peniaze boli vratene v plnej vyske po 19. dnoch, napriek tomu ze si povodne chcela strhnut nejaku ciastku za "servis a nastavenie stroja".
I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING IN THIS SHOP IN ANY CASE !!! Mrs. Tomčalová sent me a broken machine, which was not even new, which I found out when unpacking the machine from the box from which the stickers were torn from the previous customer, and even the packaging of the machine was not factory. Speed ​​control did not work on the PFAFF Smarter 260c, which I notified Mrs. Tomčalová by e-mail and attached a video. Since she did not reply to the emails or pick up the phone, I decided to return the machine to her. After the expiration of the 14-day statutory period (18 days), I DID NOT REFUND THE MONEY FOR THE GOODS, € 319.41 !!! EDIT: the money was returned in full after the 19th days, despite the fact that the floods wanted to deduct some amount for "service and setup of the machine".

Maximálna nespokojnosť. 30.7.2018 som si z eshope SEWI objednala overlock Veronica Profilock 800, po viac ako roku používania sa stroj doteraz pokazil dokopy štyrikrát, z toho trikrát som ho poslala na reklamáciu, ktorú ani raz neuznali. Jednalo sa pritom stále o tú istú chybu, ktorú stroj vykazoval už od kúpy. Komunikácia s eshopom je ťažkopádna, pani sa zdá v telefóne veľmi ochotná, avšak odpoveď na mail nečakajte. Stroj z "opravy" poslali dvakrát bez akéhokoľvek upovedomenia, odrazu nám len zazvonil kuriér pred domom s tým, že má pre nás zásielku z ČR. Jedenkrát sa dokonca jednalo o dobierku (za opravu), pričom nám obchod nedal ani vedieť, koľko daná oprava dokopy vyjde a ani kedy stroj odošlú, proste nám ho iba poslali na dobierku a viac sa neobťažovali. Momentálne máme stroj doma mesiac od posledného vrátenia a neuznania reklamácie, pokazený komponent, ktorý označili za chybný, som si kúpila a dala vymeniť v inom servise. Avšak zdá sa, že to nie je jediný problém stroju, lebo aj napriek tomu sa do troch dní po výmene komponentu pokazil znovu a vôbec nešije. Upozorňujem že mám doma okrem tohto overlocku ešte jeden, na ktorom šijem viac, teda stroj nie je preťažovaný, ako mi vždy v odpovedi na moju reklamáciu napíšu, používam ho na klasické domáce šitie. Nákup z tohto eshopu už nikdy nezvážim a absolútne ho neodporúčam.
Maximum dissatisfaction. 30.7.2018 I ordered from SEWI overlock Veronica Profilock 800, after more than a year of use, the machine has so far failed four times, three of which I sent it to the complaint, which even once not recognized. It was still the same mistake that the machine had already seen since the purchase. Communicating with the eshop is cumbersome, the lady seems very willing on the phone, but do not wait for an email response. The machine from the "repair" sent twice without any notification, suddenly we just rang the courier in front of the house, saying that we have a shipment from the Czech Republic. Once, it was even cash on delivery (for repair), and the store did not even let us know how much the repair work together and when the machine sent, just sent it to us cash on delivery and did not bother. Currently we have a machine at home a month since the last return and failure to recognize a complaint, a defective component, which they identified as defective, I bought and had replaced in another service. However, this does not seem to be the only problem with the machine, as it still failed within three days of component replacement and does not sew at all. Note that I have at home in addition to this overlock, where I sew more, so the machine is not overloaded, as I always write in response to my complaint, I use it for classic home sewing. I never consider buying from this e-shop again and absolutely recommend it.
