★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před 2 dny mi zamrzla jejich nafta v Oktávce při -6 C nabraná začátkem prosince. Obsluha pochopitelně vše popřela, údajně naváželi "arktickou" už od listopadu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si Latte Machiato za 65 kč, opět nefunkční, sežralo mi to 65 kč a káva nepitelná, bez pěny, do čtvrtiny kelímku. Po ukázání obsluze žádná snaha o vyřešení, jediné co řekli že už je to dneska po několikáté a že proto je to automat. Po tom co jsem chtěl vrátit peníze mi řekli že by to museli platit ze svého....
To mě nemohli aspoň upozornit že kávovar blbne???! V době kdy jsem tam byl tak jsem tam byl já a jen jeden zákazník. Už nikdy více od Shell...
