R	Robert Stránský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od května mi opakovaně slibovali, že dodají náhradní díl pro notebook Toshiba, posunuli termín dodání o 2 měsíce a dnes mi napsali, že nejsou schopni moji zaplacenou objednávku vyřídit :( chápu že pro ně nebylo prioritou... ale zřejmě nemají zvládnutou komunikaci se svými dodavateli... Since May, they have repeatedly promised to deliver a spare part for a Toshiba laptop, postponed the delivery date by 2 months and today they wrote to me that they are unable to process my paid order :( I understand that it was not a priority for them ... but apparently they did not manage communication with their suppliers ...

Tak rychlé,srozumitelné odpovědi jsem opravdu nečekal.Je to člověk u kterého fakt má smysl aby dělal to co dělá.Je na správném místě.Protože ochota,poradenství, a celkové jednání je něco geniálního.Už nic jinýho než Sil používat nebudu? Mohu s klidným svědomím doporučit. The hinges on the Asus laptop were replaced pending an agreement. Friendly and flawless behavior, willingness to deal with non-standard situations. I can recommend with a clear conscience.

Zde provedli opravu bleskurychle, za smluvenou cenu (nižší než neautorizovaný servis), rychlá a efektivní komunikace. Nabídly i opravu krytu, kterou jsem nepožadoval, pakliže to nebude nutné. Příjemně mě překvapilo, když opravu provedli tak, aby byla, co nejvíce rentabilní. Perfektní zkušenost., děkuji. They also offered a cover repair that I did not request, unless necessary. I was pleasantly surprised when they made the repair so that it was as profitable as possible. B	Baza Zalek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RYCHLÁ REAKČNÍ DOBA, PROFESIONÁLNÍ PŘÍSTUP. RYCHLÁ OPRAVA. Po předchozích velmi dobrých zkušenostech jsem znovu vyhledal služby SILu pro opravu notebooku Asusu UX303, který byl kompletně prolitý kávou s hlavním poškozením v podobě vadného displeje. Reakční doba na předběžné nacenění přepravy byla perfektní. Člověk si hned může udělat představu o tom, jestli se mu vyplatí, posílat na opravu. Byl jsem upozorněn na delší čekací dobu z důvodů nízkých stavů LCD panelů na skladech Asusu. Mělo se jednat o dostupnost 4-6 týdnů. Vzhledem k tomu, že mi chtěl servis vyjít vstříc, nabídli mi možnost dodání i univerzálního dílu, za nižší cenu, s rychlejší dostupností. Tuto možnost jsem nakonec nevyužil a raději jsem chtěl počkat. Nakonec se jim povedlo zajistit náhradní díl rychleji a kompletní oprava se povedla do 2 týdnů. Dále oceňuji i možnost dohodnout se na osobním předání v místě servisu bez nutnosti sepisování protokolu o převzetí - ušetřilo mi to čas i peníze (mohl jsem využít osobní přítomnosti v Ostravě a ušetřil jsem za dopravné). Příště se určitě na SIL znovu obrátím. FAST RESPONSE TIME, PROFESSIONAL APPROACH. QUICK REPAIR. After previous very good experiences, I again looked for SIL services to repair the Asusu UX303 laptop, which was completely spilled with coffee with the main damage in the form of a defective display. The reaction time to the pre-pricing of the transport was perfect. One can immediately get an idea of whether it pays to send it for repair. I was alerted to the longer waiting time due to the low stock of LCD panels in Asus warehouses. It was supposed to be available for 4-6 weeks. Due to the fact that the service wanted to meet my needs, they offered me the option of delivery of a universal part, for a lower price, with faster availability. In the end, I didn't use this opportunity and I'd rather wait. In the end, they managed to secure the spare part faster and the complete repair was successful within 2 weeks. I also appreciate the opportunity to agree on a personal handover at the service point without having to draw up a takeover report - it saved me time and money (I was able to use my personal presence in Ostrava and I saved on freight). I will definitely contact SIL again next time.

If not, they will give you alternatives and one person of the repair personnel will bring you the alternate part in person and answer to all of your questions. You can also pay on the spot via credit/debit card. I never had an issue with them. They had all the parts that I required to repair old ASUS laptop. Granted, there were pricey but corps make business on new laptops, not fixing old ones, hence they keep lower stock and up the prices. It's up to an individual to decide what's better / cost offective for them. Not every new laptop is good for purpose you need and not every old laptop is a piece of junk. Fortunately, for us who like to repair stuff aon our own, it's grest that places like this exist.
