Čert vem nekonečné čekání na dodaní zboží, ale fakt, že skříňku pošlou nejprve úplně jinam, nechají navrtat špatné kličky a jaksi zapomenou vyřezat otvor na umyvadlo, to už chce talent. Nábytek je na pohled vkusný, ale provedení je žalostné. Šuplíky nejdou zavírat, sokl se rozlepuje. Jednání o náhradě nikam nevedlo. Nekupjte to. Highly recommended. A mix of arrogance and incompetence. Damn it, endless waiting for the goods to be delivered, but the fact that they will first send the cabinet to a completely different place, have the wrong handles drilled and somehow forget to carve a hole in the sink, that's what talent wants. The furniture is tasteful in appearance, but the design is pathetic. The drawers cannot be closed, the plinth is detached. Negotiations on compensation led nowhere. Don't buy it.
T	Tomáš Benda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučuji tento obchod. Hledali jsme do bytu masivní knihovny, na internetu jsme objevili nabidku obchodu Silent Time, ktera nas velmi zaujala. Jeli jsme se tedy podivat primo do kamenneho obchodu na Zbraslavi. Když jsme potřebovali typové knihovny upravit (přidat pojízdné skleněné dveře, abychom nemuseli věčně utirat prach ?), nebyl s tím absolutně žádný problém, majitelé obchodu byli velmi vstřícní k jakémukoliv našemu požadavku. Když jsme ještě v prubehu zakázky nemohli sehnat stolek na gramofon, napadlo mě, že se majitelu zeptám, zda by náhodou nešel vyrobit. Vzali jsme kus papíru, stolek nakreslili, krátce poté jsme dostali kalkulaci a hotový stolek převzali v jeden den společně s knihovnami. Se stehovaky přijel i pan majitel a ještě na místě osobne doladoval poslední detaily a pomahal nam s dalsim nabytkem (který jsme si v tomto obchodě nekoupili). Za mě opravdu skvělá zkušenost s obchodem a vzor prikladneho zakaznickeho servisu. I recommend this store. We were looking for a massive library in the apartment, we discovered the offer of the Silent Time store on the Internet, which interested us very much. So we went to look directly at the stone shop in Zbraslav. When we needed to modify the type libraries (add a sliding glass door so we wouldn't have to wipe dust off forever), there was absolutely no problem with that, the shop owners were very accommodating to any of our requests. When we still couldn't get a turntable table during the order, it occurred to me that I would ask the owner if he would happen to be able to produce it. We took a piece of paper, drew a table, and shortly afterwards we received a calculation and took over the finished table in one day together with the libraries. The owner also came with the stitchers and personally fine-tuned the last details on the spot and helped us with other furniture (which we did not buy in this shop). For me, a really great experience with the store and a model of exemplary customer service.
