★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při nákupu léčiv na dětský tábor jsme slušně požádali o léčiva s co nejzazším termínem expirace. Neochotná obsluha nás odbyla, že buď si vezeme, to co dostaneme, nebo nic. Nakupovali jsme toho vcelku hodně a až při rozepisování do táborové lékárny jsme zjistili, že expirace u jednoho léčiva končí za 3 měsíce a u dalšího dokonce následující měsíc /normálně by to mělo být rok/. Doposud jsem v této lékárně nakupoval rád, jedna neochotná a protivná prodávající můj názor ale bohužel změnila. Díky, příště už raději ne!
When buying medicines for a children's camp, we politely asked for medicines with the latest expiration date. The reluctant attendant discouraged us from either taking what we get or nothing. We bought quite a lot and only when we were enrolled in the camp pharmacy we found out that the expiration of one drug ends in 3 months and the next even the following month (normally it should be a year). So far, I have enjoyed shopping at this pharmacy, but one reluctant and annoying seller unfortunately changed my mind. Thanks, I'd rather not next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V lékárně jsem se vždy setkala s milým personálem. Lékárnice jsou ochotné poradit, a také jsou moc milé. Při mé poslední návštěvě mi paní dala na výběr ze všech značek produktů, které mají a lidsky mi popsala výhody i nevýhody každého z nich. Pravda je, že jsem byla jediná na prodejně, a proto na mě měla čas, ale myslím si, že i kdyby bylo na prodejně lidí více, byla by pořád stejně příjemná. Lékárnu mám za rohem, takže do ní chodím vždy, když je potřeba. Je to jedna z prvních voleb lékáren v Opavě.
In the pharmacy, I always met nice staff. Pharmacists are willing to advise, and they are also very nice. During my last visit, the lady gave me a choice of all the brands of products they have and described to me the advantages and disadvantages of each of them. The truth is, I was the only one in the store, so she had time for me, but I think that even if there were more people in the store, it would still be just as pleasant. I have a pharmacy around the corner, so I go to it whenever I need it. It is one of the first choices of pharmacies in Opava.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V současnosti je tam ztížený přístup v důsledku oprav. Paní lékárnice byla vstřícná a poradila, i když jsem měla pouze seznam sepsaný třetí osobou.
Currently, access is difficult due to repairs. The pharmacist was helpful and advised, even though I only had a list written by a third party.
