It could easily be five stars. But in the end, be glad it's not one. I really needed a residence for permanent residence. The master on the infoline was maximally willing, friendly, simply by defining pro-customer behavior. Really great. Meeting in the morning, everything goes as if on wires. I've been to this company before, so I know that everything goes fast and without problems. Unfortunately, it became necessary to establish a business headquarters. The lady very willingly offered a quick date at 12 o'clock. Really excellent work - at the moment we are almost six stars. The turning point comes at 12:00 when I come to the meeting. The lady puts us in the office as always and we wait. Ten minutes, twenty, thirty… ..After half an hour I boil with rage, the whole schedule is crumbling. The schedule of my contracted appointments today is just toilet paper for me. After 37 minutes, the door opens, an unknown lady enters me, and burns me in a contemptuous tone, "What are you doing here"? I get an amok, I grab a table and ask if he is really serious about his question. The lady registered my obvious dissatisfaction and left with an apology for her colleague. She comes and just stumbles, "I'm sorry I didn't know you were a colleague here." I leave at 12:45. At 13:00 they close my trade license office. I do not have an ID number, I cannot open a bank account. Tomorrow's meeting with the foreign exchange banker had to be canceled. There will be no collection of goods from the USA. Real loss CZK 15,000. It is clear to me that no one is to blame for these secondary effects, I do not blame anyone for anything I do not want. I'm actually writing this here just to make society realize that a lot of things are connected together and even one banal omission can mean a significant loss in someone else's life. I give an extra star for the master on the line. ----------------------------------------- I was contacted by a company representative. Dear sir, he apologized to me and discussed the situation with me. Although some things will no longer replace me, I am very happy that the company cares. I was very pleased, we all make mistakes.
