Obsluha šla do skladu na 3x než mi donesla tenisky, které jsem chtěl. Tím také narážím na to, že znalost obsluhy v produktech, které prodává je velmi malá. I visited the store many times and in most cases very unpleasant service. During one of the visits I asked if I could try one of the sneakers. The attendant went to the store three times before bringing me the sneakers I wanted. This also implies that the operator's knowledge of the products he sells is very low.
M	Martin Blaha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod silně nedoporučuji, v obchodě jsem koupil Air Max Lather za 3800 kč po 11 měsících u bot při minimálním nošení (střídám 4 páry bot a převážně jezdím autem) praskla podrážka. Ze strany obchodu hrozný přístup, žádná snaha s reklamací něco dělat. Vyjádření reklamace bylo "boty jste nosil 19 měsíců, závada odpovídá době nošení", přičemž jak jsem psal boty jsem vlastnil necelých 11 měsíců. Po této zprávě jsem boty reklamoval znovu, protože s odpovědí jsem nesouhlasil, po měsíci mi byla doručena odpověď jako u první reklamace. Boty předávám na ČOI a v SIZEERU si nekoupím už ani tkaničky do bot. I do not strongly recommend the shop, I bought Air Max Lather for 3800 CZK after 11 months in shoes with minimal wear (I change 4 pairs of shoes and mostly drive) the sole cracked. From the side of the business terrible attitude, no effort to make a complaint to do something. The claim was "shoes you wore 19 months, the fault corresponds to the time of wearing", and as I wrote shoes I owned less than 11 months. After this report I complained shoes again, because I did not agree with the answer, after a month I received the reply as the first complaint. Shoes are handed over to CTI and I will not buy shoe laces in SIZEER anymore.

Large selection of shoes from different brands. Nice and friendly staff who will be happy to advise and recommend.

A to díky filmové smyčce, kterou promítal Sizeer obchod v Olympii ve výkladu. Musím ocenit odvahu tvůrce tohoto marketingového díla. Pochopil jsem veškerou hloubku nabízeného sdělení, se zvláštním důrazem na "částečně" podprahovou reklamu a udělal jsem přesně to, co se tam doporučovalo - zvolte něco lepšího. Takže teď chodím v Solomonech. Buďte zdrávi. I was a long-term adidasek fan until yesterday. But yesterday (August 2, 2021) I saw. Doporucuji ☺️ Every visit to Sizeer was very pleasant, the staff was very helpful and always advised me to choose the shoes whose offer is really rich. I recommend ☺️

I took them back for reclamation and after a whole month of waiting I got rejected with a premise that I used detergent for washing which caused leather damage. I haven't washed them once considering they were almost brand new but girls working there didn't care and basically said.." you can always sue us " ...which is exactly that i'm going to do anyhow...
