With this jewelry store I have only good experience yet. They even repaired my ring here for almost a year after the guarantee. Certainly I can recommend.
Y	Yvonne Veverková Mahdalová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měla jsem možnost navštívit prodejnu v Praze na Chodově. Tam jsme koupili s přítelem zásnubní prstýnek. Vše bylo úžasné - milá obsluha, velký výběr.. Bohužel pro nás nejsme z Prahy, takže jsme pro zmenšení prstýnku zvolili brněnskou pobočku. Přišli jsme tam pár dní po nákupu prstýnku, konkrétně v pondělí. Bylo nám řečeno, že zlatník chodí vždy ve čtvrtek, takže prstýnek si budeme moct vyzvednout až následující týden. Až bude prstýnek připravený, tak dostaneme sms. Následující týden jsem měla ve čtvrtek cestu kolem, takže jsem se zastavila zjistit, jestli tam už prstýnek není. Nebyl. Nicméně jsem se dozvěděla, že zlatník chodí ve čtvrtek nebo v pátek. Ok. V pátek jsem se tam zastavila znovu, a prstýnek zase nebyl. Dozvěděla jsem se, že pan zlatník chodí později večer. Další návštěva proběhla dnes - je neděle. Prstýnek opět nikde, protože pan zlatník nepřišel. Jsme přeci lidi a máme problémy, takže se to dá pochopit - to je odpověď, kterou jsme dostali na otázku, proč tam ještě ten prstýnek není. Prý bude další týden nebo ten další. Nemám problém takovou situaci pochopit, pokud dostanu normální odpověď typu - pán nám volal a nemůže přijít, protože je nemocný. Ale odpověď, že jsme jen lidi a prstýnku se v nejbližších týdnech dočkáme mi normální prostě nepřipadá. Nejde přeci o balíček z Číny za pár dolarů, ale o prstýnky atp v hodnotě desítek tisíc korun. Čekala bych tudíž jiný druh servisu. Takže po úžasném zážitku v Praze nám bohužel dojem z celého nákupu zkazil servis v Brně. Pokud vám nevadí, si po nákupu počkat pár týdnu na zmenšení prstýnku, tak mohu brněnskou prodejnu doporučit. Jinak asi využijte jiná zlatnictví, kde podobný úkon trvá 3-4 dny ? We were told that the goldsmith always goes on Thursdays, so we won't be able to pick up the ring until next week. When the ring is ready, we will get an SMS. The following week I had a trip around on Thursday, so I stopped to see if the ring was no longer there. He wasn't. However, I learned that the goldsmith goes on Thursdays or Fridays. Ok. I stopped there again on Friday, and the ring was not there again. I learned that Mr. Goldsmith is coming later in the evening. Another visit took place today - it's Sunday. The ring was nowhere again because the goldsmith had not come. After all, we are human and we have problems, so it can be understood - that is the answer we got to the question why the ring is not there yet. They say there will be another week or another. I have no problem understanding such a situation if I get a normal type response - the gentleman called us and can't come because he's sick. But the answer that we are just people and we will see the ring in the coming weeks is normal, it just does not seem normal to me. It is not a package from China for a few dollars, but rings, etc., worth tens of thousands of crowns. So I would expect a different kind of service. So after an amazing experience in Prague, unfortunately the impression of the whole purchase was ruined by the service in Brno. If you don't mind, wait a few weeks after the purchase to reduce the ring, so I can recommend the Brno store. Otherwise, probably use another goldsmith's shop, where a similar operation takes 3-4 days ?
