V	Vanillier Freedom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banking connection between their web and payment gate is not working. I have tried to pay fly tickets many times and something went always wrong. I had to try to solve this problem with call centre operators but nobody is able to help..they should contact their IT department, but I am afraid nobody at Smartwing is smart enough to understand the problem is on their side and they should apologize to their potential customers who wanted to spend money. Smartwings doesn't care about their customers. Nevermore.

V	Vishnu Vardhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospitality during check in - the employee was a European lady for the flight QS1200 who was very rude to all of us. She doesn’t want to find our visas in passport .she rudely reacted as if it is not there at all and gave it back and constantly giving huffing reactions unnecessarily, I asked for aile seat which was also rejected as expected as she doesnt want to work .. she is not fit for this role and they are clever as they have no name tags on their uniforms.. I was 2nd to checkin so it’s very early and seat selection should be possible but she just doesn’t want to work … very bad attitude and I’m never going to take smart wings again , I will prefer emirates as Smartwings is not worth for this kind of treatment as if we are flying for free.
R	Robert Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid by all means. Flights with not enough seats booked are cancelled on a short notice. Do you get a refund? Of course not. In Court, the legal term for that is "theft" or "scam". Then they hide behind their partner company's "bankruptcy", ridiculous, they operate in codeshare flights till today, the owner of Smartwings and Czech Airlines is the same. So....if you like to burn your cash, deal with such crooks...otherwise fly with a "real" airline or drive with your car. Flying has become gambling these days.
O	Ondrej Gadatsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be really careful with this company. From what I read recently, they are having financial issues and they are cancelling some of their flights because of "operational" issues. It is extremely difficult to communicate with them. I am still waiting for my refund and I didn't manage to get any information, when I will receive my money back. They treat customers extremely poorly.
D	David Bufka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to Covid-Measures we were not able to use our flight with Smartwings. We informed the Customer Service one week ahead of the booked flight, and asked them to use the paid amount to book another (3x more expensive!) flight later this year. Unfortunately we were informed that this is not possible, although on the website they claim "No rebooking fees - We know that the flexibility of your travel plans is currently utmost important." We won't use Smartwings in the future again.
