Jestliže jsem objednaná na určitou hodinu, nepředpokládám, že v mém termínu jsou na řadě další 3 pacienti. Sestra, která postrádá elementární organizační schopnosti,. Na co vyžadují telefonické spojení na pacienta, když nejsou schopni, či spíše ochotni, pacienta zavčasu informovat o posunutí termínu? Proč mají pocit, že si můžou dovolit plýtvat mým časem? A když už tedy sestra vyleze po půl hodině do čekárny, očekávám, že se omluví a nabídne náhradní termín, a ne, že se bude brát automaticky, že tam pacient bude vysedádat další hodiny.Čekárna o velikosti 12 m2 narvaná 8 pacienty, pochopitelně přetopená, nevětraná. V 5. stupni rizika Covid, tam vysedává hvězda s rouškou pod nosem, sestra dodržovaní protiepidemiologických opatření pochopitelně nekontroluje, ani nevyžaduje. Při objednávání mi sestra ani nedokázala říct, ke které z lékařek jsme původně chodili. Zřejmě problém vytáhnout kartu a podívat se. O tom, že se přestěhovali do úplně jiné budovy, jsem se dozvěděla až když jsem je na staré adrese nenašla. Nikdy více. An incredible experience.
