Well, where to start, in principle, the company is not the worst, the car fleet practically consists of new cars, its own service at a high level, responsive administrative staff. For the sake of truth, I have to say that the salary is not transparent, there are many people who receive a salary of 48-55 thousand kroons, but there are also those who do not go beyond 30 thousand kroons. At first, I thought that salary cheating was the company's policy, but I came to the conclusion that most likely (I cannot say for sure) this is the personal policy of Mr. Yurai Khargash. Upon dismissal, I filled out a questionnaire (why do you leave, how much would you like to receive so as not to leave) and so wrote that I was leaving because of a low pay, after the girl from the staff was asked how much I would like to receive to stay, I replied that I would have 45-50 thousand that was enough, they decided to clarify that the question was not getting how much, but how much I would like (and most likely because of my poor knowledge of the language, I did not understand the question, but I said that I understood the question and did not receive such a salary of 45-50 thousand. But did I turn to my manager on the issue of low salaries, replied that yes, I did it more than once, but never received an answer.What can I say for those who are considering the possibility of working here, think you can get into the favorites of Pan Yurai Khargash , or you will constantly listen to deception from his lips (how lucky you are, on what it depends, unfortunately I do not know) I would gladly return, but with another director who will be interested in the fact that the drivers would work calmly did not think to quit.
