Když něco nechápete u nácviku technik, trenér Vás obchází a dává další rady. U tréninku se super zapotíte, hodně věci se naučíte jak o grapplingu, tak i sami o sobě a o tom jak tělo funguje. Jednoznačně doporučuji. I go short (10 workouts), but I'm pleasantly surprised. During the training, the coach will patiently explain everything to you, more experienced boys will be happy to advise you. If you do not understand something about training techniques, the coach bypasses you and gives you more advice. Ostříleným borcům dají zatopit pod kotlem kvalitním sparingem, popřípadě pro ně není problém kohokoliv připravit na závody/zápas. Naopak nováčkům kdykoliv s čímkoliv pomohou a s chutí je učí nové věcí a ukazují pohled na užasnou atmosféru BJJ světa. Trenér Petr Zapletal je neuvěřitelný borec, který tomuto sportu dává to pravé kouzlo a dokáže své svěřence motivovat, připravit na jakoukoliv výzvu a podržet v každé situaci. Jde vidět že tímto sportem opravdu žije. Super je že každý zastupující trenér má co nabídnout. Každý z borců má svůj styl a techniky, které nemají problém předávat dál. 100% RECOMMENDED I have been involved in martial arts for more than 5 years.
