E	Eva Sovová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizovali jsme s nimi žaluzie, neboť nám byli přiděleni společností Climax. Jediným plusem bylo, že i přes korokrizi s námi byli schopni komunikovat. Zaměření probíhalo nadvakrát. Po 8 týdnech od odsouhlasení cenové nabídky v den montáže volali, že ještě nejsou vyrobené krycí plechy. Žaluzie ale namontovali, nicméně 1 byla výrazně kratší než okno a ještě přišli na to, že ony nevyrobené krycí plechy nezakryjí přívodní kabel k žaluziím (budou malé). Před odjezdem motory žaluzií omotali igelity, aby do nich nepršelo. Ty však do druhého dne odletěly. Místo omluvy za špatné zaměření nám přišla faktura na výrobu větších plechů. Na plechy a novou žaluzii jsme čekali další měsíc a půl. Dodatečně montovaná žaluzie nefungovala, takže na její opravu jsme čekali další měsíc. Byť ve smlouvě o dílo byla smluvní pokuta za pozdní dodání, společnost Perfecta nám opět poslala fakturu na plnou částku a nehodlala ji o penále z prodlení ponížit. Nakonec ji snížili o 1 000 Kč, ale to stejně neodpovídalo skutečnosti. Jediným pozitivem byli příjemní montážníci. Tuto firmu nikomu nedoporučuji. Celou recenzi naleznete na mém blogu selfiehome.cz. We made blinds with them, as they were assigned to us by Climax. The only plus was that despite the co-crisis they were able to communicate with us. The focus took place more than twice. After 8 weeks from the approval of the price offer on the day of assembly, they called that the cover plates had not yet been produced. However, they installed the blinds, however, 1 was significantly shorter than the window, and they also found out that the non-manufactured cover plates would not cover the supply cable to the blinds (they would be small). Before leaving, the blind motors wrapped plastic bags to keep it from raining. However, they flew by the next day. Instead of apologizing for the wrong focus, we received an invoice for the production of larger sheets. We waited another month and a half for the sheets and the new blind. The retrofitted blind did not work, so we waited for another month to repair it. Although there was a contractual penalty for late delivery in the work contract, Perfecta again sent us an invoice for the full amount and did not intend to reduce it by a penalty for late payment. In the end, they reduced it by CZK 1,000, but that still did not correspond to reality. The only positive were the pleasant assemblers. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Vrata Hormann která mi dodávala do RD se mi stále zasekávají a firma není schopná se k tomu pořádně postavit a problém vyřešit. Update 25.1.2022 k reakci na hodnocení: uvedené není pravda. Problém jsem řešili po záruční době proto, protože jste v záruční době nebyl schopen problém vyřešit. Takže to co uvádíte je lež. Chtěl jsem vyměnit kování vrat proto, protože pozinkované kování korodovalo (a bylo deformované), nikoliv že bych chtěl jiný jeho typ. Dnes už mám kování vyměněno (za stejný typ) od jiného a seriózního dodavatele. Spolupráci s vámi nedoporučuji. I highly recommend Perfecta. The Hormann gates that supplied me to the family house still get stuck and the company is not able to stand up to it properly and solve the problem. Update 25.1.2022 to respond to the rating: the above is not true. We resolved the issue after the warranty period because you were unable to resolve the issue during the warranty period. So what you're saying is a lie. I wanted to replace the door fittings because the galvanized fittings corroded (and were deformed), not that I wanted a different type. Today I have the fittings exchanged (for the same type) from another and serious supplier. I do not recommend working with you.

Někdy v říjnu 2021 objednáno několik sítí proti hmyzu, pár látkových rolet do střešních oken, výměnu několika popruhů u předokenních rolet, které mám od této společnosti už 15let. Cca před měsícem jsem to byl na firmě urgovat a paní mi jen následně sdělila, že se ozve. Ozvala se, že je to nekde zapadlo a nyní to je cca min. měsíc a zase se nikdo neozval. Takže opravdu nedoporučuji! Unfortunately, I have to state that they have an incredible mess in the company ... to put it politely. Sometime in October 2021, I ordered several insect screens, a few fabric blinds for skylights, the replacement of several straps for window blinds, which I have had from this company for 15 years. About a month ago, I was urging the company and the lady only told me that she would call. She said it had fallen somewhere and now it's about min. a month and no one answered again. So I really do not recommend!
