V 11/2008 nebyla nabídka oken s trojsklem tak velká, zakoupil jsem tedy po dlouhém hledání od firmy Solara s.r.o. 2ks střešní okno s dvojsklem + folií Heat Mirror v tu dobu s dobrým poměrem ceny a tepelné izolace.
Podmínkou záruky 5 let byla montáž pracovníky této firmy. Samozřejmě se montáž musela zaplatit včetně dopravy - a ta byla od kilometru. 3/2010 jsem zakoupil firmou doporučené rolety (interiérová látková Black-Out). Tyto rolety rozhodně nikomu nedoporučuji, protože firma svým výrobkem a návodem k montáži vlastně zlikviduje rám okna pro narušení laku jimi dodávanými šroubky.
Od 2/2012 jsem reklamoval okna, která se už po prvních dvou letech začala "deformovat" - rozklížila se. Nikomu se tu dálku nechtělo jet.
Po několika mailech přijeli pracovníci servisu 6/2013. S trochou zděšení ze stavu oken se snažili zachránit co se dalo - vyměnili lišty oken, těsnění, oplechování, lepidlem a silikonem opravili dle možností atd. A neustále se divili, jak to mohl někdo takto vyrobit.
Po záruce jsem okna ještě nechal jednou repasovat u truhláře, který se specializoval právě na výrobu a servis oken a dveří. Ten se opět divil nad nerovnými rozměry a způsobem výroby jakoby ze zbytků.
Letos jsem se rozhodl pro neustále potíže okna vyměnit. Firma, která přijela okna demontovat a dát nová, komentovala každou maličkost se zděšením. Montáž oken byla tak odbytá, že jsem se pak už nedivil potížím. Kombinace izolace montážní pěny s vatou, nedoléhající parofolie, díry ve foliích - chybějící části.
Tenkrát jsem asi nafasoval "páteční" okna a montáž snad prováděli učni.
Zažil jsem mnoho potíží s těmito okny a měl mnoho dalších nákladů. Za tu dobu asi už většina nedokonalých pracovníků dané firmy byla vyměněna a kvalitu oken snad už dnes srovnávat nelze. Mé zklamání z této staré zakázky mne pronásledovalo až do tohoto roku.
Two stars only for the effort of service technicians during warranty repair.
In 11/2008, the offer of triple-glazed windows was not so large, so I bought it from Solara s.r.o. 2 roof windows with double glazing + Heat Mirror foil at that time with a good price-performance ratio.
The condition of the 5-year warranty was assembly by the employees of this company. Of course, the assembly had to be paid for, including transport - and it was from a kilometer away. 3/2010 I bought the blinds recommended by the company (interior fabric Black-Out). I definitely do not recommend these blinds to anyone, because the company, with its product and installation instructions, actually destroys the window frame to damage the paint with the screws they supply.
From 2/2012, I complained about the windows, which after the first two years began to "deform" - they became detached. Nobody wanted to go that distance.
After several e-mails, the staff of the 6/2013 service arrived. With a little horror from the condition of the windows, they tried to save what they could - they replaced the window moldings, seals, sheeting, repaired with glue and silicone as much as possible, etc. And they kept wondering how anyone could make it that way.
After the warranty, I had the windows refurbished once more by a carpenter who specialized in the production and service of windows and doors. He again wondered about the uneven dimensions and method of production as if from leftovers.
This year I decided to replace the windows due to constant problems. The company, which came to dismantle the windows and put new ones, commented on every little thing with horror. The installation of the windows was so sold that I was no longer surprised by the problem. Combination of assembly foam insulation with cotton wool, loose parofoils, holes in foils - missing parts.
At that time, I probably fitted the "Friday" windows and the assembly was probably done by apprentices.
I experienced many problems with these windows and had many other costs. During that time, probably most of the imperfect employees of the company have been replaced and the quality of the windows can hardly be compared today. My disappointment with this old contract haunted me until this year.
