Pán si v klidu rovnal a uklízel krabice, i když mě viděl. Když jsem se dostala na řadu v 10:47, tak mi oznámil, že mě neobslouží, protože na netu mají napsáno, že se má chodit mezi celou a třičtvrtě. A že mám tedy počkat. Na mou námitku, že jsem přišla ve 40 a on se mi věnuje až nyní a že mám v kočárku dvouměsíční miminko, které se mi tam zatím upeče, mi odpověděl, že ho to nezajímá, on teď bude řešit lidi, co jdou do solné jeskyně. Upozorňuji, že po mě tam nikoho neměl! Na netu má pouze doporučení a navíc, já tam byla včas. Strašné chování, už z principu bych žádnou z jejich služeb nevyužila. L	Lucie Hirschová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do jeskyně chodíme již cca měsíc a jsme velmi spokojeni. Možnost rezervace přes jednoduchý systém je perfektní. Nikam není třeba volat, psát jako to mají jinde. Jen je škoda, že se jeskyně na konci dubna zavírá a bude obnovena zase na podzim. Určitě stojí za návštěvu :) A z našeho pohledu pan majitel tedy jistě není odrzlý a nepříjemný :) We have been going to the cave for about a month and we are very satisfied. The possibility of booking through a simple system is perfect. There is no need to call anywhere, to write like they have elsewhere. It is a pity that the cave closes at the end of April and will be restored again in the autumn. Definitely worth a visit :) And from our point of view, the owner is certainly not grumpy and unpleasant :)

Po vstupu z ulice, tedy když uvidíte cedule a jdete dovnitř jsme dostali nevybíravým způsobem informaci, že bez rezervace vstup není možný a že jsme si to měli přečíst. Na dveřích nic takového není! Zaplatili jsme hodinový vstup, ale po půl hodině jsme byli vyhozeni bez vrácení půlky vstupného, což bude zajímat ČOI. Křičet na sebe nenechám. Very arrogant owner, I do not recommend a visit. Vpustil nás sice bez rezervace, ale jaksi se zapomněl zmínit, že neplatím jen půlku času, co jsme přišli, ale plné vstupné a po 20 minutách nás vyhodil ven. Další věc, co mě zarazila, tak dost vydýchaný vzduch hned při vstupu. Takže raději běžte jinam, kde se umí personál chovat slušně i k dětem a nezamlčí poměrně důležité informace. Tenhle člověk nemá co dělat v místě v kontaktu s lidmi, natož s dětmi.
