..otrasna skusenost !! ..odoberame produkty od Somfy velmi dlho ,su fakt dobre , maju prepracovane skolenia, technicka podpora na "1" ,ale ..logistika a komunikacia NEFUNGUJE prakticky vobec !! ... nechcem sa velmi rozpisovat , ale po objednani tovaru najnovsie poslu kludne 10dodacich listov a10faktur /rozumej kazdu v iny den../!!.. nasli spolocnost /kuriersku/, ktora podla slov zamestnankyne Somfy na otazku, preco nas nikto nekontaktuje s dodanim tovaru odpovie celkom jednoznacne ,:"oni netelefonuju, nepisu" ... kde to sme ?!, ... nepoznam kuriersku sluzbu, ktora nepoda info o zasielke, pripadne neoznami den/cas dorucenia .. v Somfy sa k tomu nikto nechce postavit a riesit to k spokojnosti zakaznika ,navrhol som niekokonasobnu cenu za dopravu ..a nic.., velmi smutne ,nemyslel som ,ze sa takto este da "podnikat"...dne sma obchodny zastupca presviedca ,ze sa s tym nic neda robit .. Somfy, logistika je tiez sucast vasej "vizitky"..
..otrasna skusenost !! ..we take products from Somfy for a long time, they are really good, have sophisticated training, technical support for "1", but ..logistics and communication does not work practically in general !! ... I do not want to break down very much, but after ordering the goods to the latest messenger, 10 delivery notes and 10 invoices / understand every other day ../ !! delivery of goods answers quite unambiguously, "they do not call, do not write" ... where are we?!, ... do not list the courier service, which do not ship information, eventually do not give the day / time delivery .. in Somfy no one wants to do it build and solve it to the satisfaction of the customer, I suggested some price for transport .. and nothing .., very sadly, I did not think that it is still possible to "do business" ... on the day the sales representative convinced that nothing can do with it do .. Somfy, logistics is also part of your "business card" ..

Měli jsme skvělou zkušenost - milí a kvalifikovaní zaměstnanci s námi probrali různé možnosti sestavení naší chytré domácnosti a ještě nám v horkém dni nabídli minerálku. Odcházeli jsme s pocitem, že tomu rozumíme a přesně víme, co si vybrat.
We had a great experience - nice and qualified employees discussed with us various options for building our smart home and offered us a mineral water on a hot day. We left with the feeling that we understood this and knew exactly what to choose.

Stále to nefunguje a firma Somfy sama neumí zprovoznit své vlastní zařízení, za první půl rok už jsem hlásit asi 5 reklamací a jejich technici to neumí opravit. Slyšel jsem již řadu výmluv, ale jak aplikace Termostat tak TaHoma stále nefunugují. Nedoporučuju.
It still doesn't work and Somfy itself can't put its own equipment into operation, in the first six months I have already reported about 5 complaints and their technicians can't fix it. I've heard a number of excuses, but both Thermostat and TaHoma still don't work. I do not recommend.

Pokud výrobek funguje, není problém. Horší je však přístup k případné opravě. Přinesl jsem 5 let starý pohon interiérové rolety na baterie s bateriovou sadou. Pohon nefungoval. Převzali, zavolali příští den: "Nic se s tím nedá dělat. Pohon se již nevyrábí, rozebrat nelze". Roleta je tím pádem k ničemu. Pohon se dá samozřejmě koupit nový, ale jeho kompatibilitu s trubkou rolety není již možné zajistit. To jedině dodavatel rolet. Mám prý objednat novou. Tak renomovaná firma zachází se svými zákazníky. Zamyslete se nad tím, než koupíte.
If the product works, there is no problem. However, the approach to possible repair is worse. I brought a 5 year old battery powered interior blind with a battery pack. The drive didn't work. They took over, called the next day: "There is nothing that can be done about it. The drive is no longer produced, it cannot be dismantled." The blind is therefore useless. Of course, the drive can be bought new, but its compatibility with the roller shutter tube can no longer be ensured. Only the blind supplier. I'm supposed to order a new one. Such a reputable company treats its customers. Think about it before you buy.

Bol som tam po tovar, otvorili mi aj keď ešte nemali otváracie hodiny. Pan mi ponúkol kafe kým som čakal. Pekný interiér, všetko zladené v somfy farbách a všade loga. Páčilo sa mi tam, poskytuju priamo tam školenia v zasadačke. Všetci príjemný, a slušný. Proste na profesionálnej úrovni ako sa dalo čakať. ??? Určite budem rád keď sa tam ešte zastavím. Odporúčam spoluprácu s touto firmou.
I was there for the goods, they opened for me even though they didn't have opening hours yet. Mr. offered me coffee while I waited. Nice interior, all in somfy colors and logos everywhere. I liked it there, I provide training in the meeting room right there. All pleasant, and decent. Just on a professional level as expected. ??? I will definitely be happy to stop there. I recommend working with this company.

Terrible service experience. I have 6 motorized blinds. 1 of them started to behave strangely after 3 months. It stopped randomly ~ 30 cm before top/bottom. (All rails, etc. are clean ... .) They came but didn't resolve it. It's happening only when outside is around 10 degrees or less. So after a while clever guys ignore calls during winter and always come during spring or summer and say everything works fine. I'd never buy anything from this company because they just ignore calls and mails. So their claim of quality - well isn't very accurate but maybe 5 working motors out of 6 and ignoring warranty claims is achievement in their eyes. Never again anything from this company. So much lost time.
