Miasto było fundatorem tej pięknej kolumny w ramach dziękczynnych za zakończenie tragicznej w skutkach wojny siedmioletniej z Prusakami. Posąg z piaskowca umieszczony na dość wysokim cokole wyrzeźbiono w stylu rococo. Ciekawostką architektoniczną jest fakt, że w roku 1905 przeprowadzono przebudowę placu polegającą na podwyższeniu poziomu i wówczas dokonano podwyższenia w postaci dodatkowych schodów do tej kolumny..
The sculpture of the Holy Trinity was set up on the square in 1767. The city was the founder of this beautiful column as part of the thanksgiving for ending the tragic consequences of the Seven Years War with the Prussians. The sandstone statue placed on a quite high pedestal was carved in the Rococo style. An architectural curiosity is the fact that in 1905 the square was rebuilt by raising the level and then it was raised in the form of additional stairs to this column.
