Zpracovani objednavky + zaslani - spokojenost.
Ale nasledny (zarucni) servis pro zakaznika neexistuje. Neochota a arogance z vasi strany me nemile prekvapila. A to jsem zadala jen o zaslani kopie kupniho dokladu. (Po 1 roce od koupe.)

But after-sales service does not exist. The unwillingness and arrogance of your party surprised me. And I just asked for a copy of the purchase receipt. (1 year after purchase.)
