Terrible massage

This is perhaps my first bad review I have ever written and it only concerns manicures that I would really give 0 stars to. It's not about throwing dirt, but about giving them another chance to think and not have to experience what I do. The place is otherwise very nicely furnished and the people who came out of the massage rooms looked very satisfied. My negative experience was with the manicurist Mrs. Ivana. I wrote in the reservation that before the basic spa manicure I would need to remove the rest of the gel nails and whether it is possible. I only received a booking confirmation back. When I arrived, the manicurist did not know about the removal - they probably did not tell her anything at the reception. Apart from marrying me a moment later, she tried to keep to the hour, even though no one was after me. I told her that of course I would be happy to pay for the removal (including extra time). Instead, the manicurist skipped the procedures from the manicure and complained that she had to remove her nails. She also said that she was more of a pedicurist and this was not entirely fun for her - and unfortunately the whole service looked like that. Although she claimed that she has been doing this job for 20 years (and I would believe it), she was not ready for me, she was constantly looking for something in drawers - tools, cream, etc., thus wasting time and certainly did not leave a good impression of "relaxation", despite the cold approach. and strict communication. I am a very open smiling type of person who tries to meet people - I do such a job, but the lady really made a cold, not very friendly impression without any hint of mutual agreement and the conversation thus seemed more like passive-aggressive pressure. The basic manicure without massage and wrap, nail and cuticle treatment was completed in less than 10 minutes after about less than 20 minutes of sanding, followed by two coats of varnish and a quick-drying oil. She sent me out for exactly an hour, saying that for taking off her gel nails, she paid almost once the price - a wellness spa basic manicure costs 850, - and I had to pay 1500, -, which I really didn't feel like arguing about throughout the experience. I just got it over and gone fast. In my case, unfortunately, it was a really bitter experience, when the lady sensed my resignation and literally tricked the prize into insane heights. Not only was there a lack of massage and paraffin wrap - so I would expect the price for the service to remain the same or really increase by only a small part, but compared to other studies where nail removal costs a few hundred - ie max. 2-3, I really did not consider it appropriate to raise the price by CZK 650, especially with the lack of procedures. I attach a photo to make it clear that my nails are not really a problem, and even removing the gel was not difficult. I wouldn't have a problem if the lady was accommodating, acquainted me in advance with the procedure of replacing the nail removal, or if she gave me 90 minutes and then overestimated the price. Even so, it seems to me that 1500, - for a manicure, which you don't really go over 1200, - and in better salons, and it is at least 2 hours of procedures, here I will pay 1500, - unnecessarily. I'm very sorry, because the others in the studio were very nice and attentive, but I would not visit the studio for any other procedure. Therefore, please be careful with services of this type. According to what I saw, I would highly recommend massages - the approach of Mr. Maitel, who led the massage next door and I had the honor to communicate with him, was very helpful and sympathetic.

Beautiful place, nice environment, sports-football, tennis, ping-pong minizoo, thinks of children, playground ... good food, massage for parents ...
