★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto strasna zkusenost, vysledky jsme nedostali ani po "slibovanych 48! hodinach, komunikace otresna. Velice nedoporucuji.
Absolutely terrible experience, we did not get the results even after the "promised 48! Hours, communication was terrible. I do not recommend it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V této laboratoři jsme si nechali udělat PCR testy kvůli dovolené, čekáme na výsledky již 2,5 dne a bylo nám sděleno, že prostě ještě nejsou. Tak snad do odletu budou...rozhodně nedoporučuji!!!
In this laboratory, we had PCR tests done for the holidays, we have been waiting for the results for 2.5 days and we have been told that they simply are not yet. So hopefully they will be until departure ... I definitely do not recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laborator Tisicka Cimice: Byla jsem naprosto nadsena z pristupu sestricky vuci odberu krve u dcery 4 roky. Krasny empaticky pristup, vsechno vysvetlila a ukazala nez provedla odber. Jako bonus plno odmen za odvahu. :) Mohu jedine doporucit a dekuji za tento pristup.
Laboratory Tisicka Cimice: I was absolutely thrilled with the nurse's approach to taking my daughter's blood for 4 years. A beautiful empathetic approach, she explained everything and showed before taking the sample. As a bonus, full reward for courage. :) I can only recommend and thank you for this approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerná zkušenost - rozhodně nedoporučuji odběrová místa, které ke zpracování PCR testů využívají tuto laboratoř. Nejsou schopni dodat včas výsledky, neustále se ohání tím, že na zpracování mají až 48 hodin od doručení testu do laboratoře (kdy byl doručen se samozřejmě nedozvíte). Nemocný člověk, kterému je špatně, je tak v podstatě 3 dny bez možnosti ošetření u lékaře, protože bez negativního výsledku vás nikde nechtějí vzít. Byla chyba, že jsem si před odběrem nepřečetla recenze.
Terrible experience - I definitely do not recommend sampling sites that use this laboratory to process PCR tests. They are not able to deliver the results on time, they are constantly on the verge of having up to 48 hours of delivery of the test to the laboratory (you will not find out when it was delivered, of course). A sick person who is ill is basically 3 days without the possibility of treatment by a doctor, because without a negative result they do not want to take you anywhere. It was a mistake not to read the reviews before subscribing.
