Hands off!!! E-bike battery broken after 2 charges. Only 6 months guarantee. Very dubious company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan prodavač je trošku samorost, ale po pár větách když viděl jak jsme bezradní, nám dal na výběr možnosti, poradil trasu, a v závěru nechtěl ani zálohu na půjčení kola - děkujeme :-)
Mr. the salesman is a bit self-sufficient, but after a few sentences when he saw how clueless we were, he gave us a choice, advised the route, and in the end he did not even want a deposit to rent a bike - thank you :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJI ‼ při objednávce vypletenych kol, a 10x řadicích lanek přišli pouze kola . Hlavně nikdo nezvedá telefon a na email s prosbou o zaslání chybějícího zboží nebo vrácení peněz žádná reakce.
Navíc strašná doba odeslání 10dní než zboží odeslaly navíc odeslaly na jiné výdejní místo než bylo při objednávce vybráno..... Tak že na ??? procent NEDOPORUČUJI ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel tento e-shop nedoporučuji. Zakoupil jsem přes tento e-shop 4 gumy na kočárek. Přišly tři stejné a jedna jiná. Po reklamaci a odeslání špatné jsem očekával, že přijde správná guma. Bohužel přišla pouze reakce o tom jak raději vrací peníze, protože nedokáží zaručit že výrobce pošle správný rozměr, přestože tento typ gumy mají stále v nabídce. Přijde mě to trochu málo, na to, že zákazník strácí čas a peníze vrácením špatně dodaného zboží na vlastní naklady.
