A určitě se nemůžu dovolat na číslo dopravce. Název slibuje rychlost, kterou bohužel nezvládají. Order via MALL, delivery speedy. According to “MALL”: same day, 17:00 - 20:00. Then there will be an SMS from speedy that the delivery will be 19:45 - 20:45. I'm sitting 21:15 - nothing. And I certainly can't call the carrier number. The name promises a speed that they unfortunately can't handle.

Objednávala jsem přes Mall a jen protože jsem nebyla doma a zásilku nebylo možné uložit jinde, stornovala se mi celá objednávka, musela jsem čekat na vrácení peněz a následně objednat znovu. Při 2.pokusu mi bylo oznámeno, že se rozbilo auto, ale přislíbeno, že při 3.pokusu mi na 100% zásilku doručí do 12:00. Je 13:30 a zásilka stále nikde. Rozhodně kurýrní společnost Speedy nedoporučuji!!! They delivered my shipment 3 times. On the first attempt, they moved my delivery time from 9:00 - 15:00 to 21:00 - 22:00. At the 2nd attempt, I was informed that the car broke down, but promised that at the 3rd attempt, 100% of the shipment will be delivered to me by 12:00. It's 1:30 and the shipment is still nowhere. I definitely do not recommend the Speedy courier company !!!

To fakt v kanceláři už nebudu. Na číslo se dovolat nedá. Katastrofa. Očividně asi podnikatelé ze zlatých podvodnických 90tek jak čtu i další recenze. Je smutný, že Mall tlačí natolik na cenu, že se jim vyplatí najímat si takové podvodníky. Doporučuji přejmenovat na Nedoručil a Ztratil. Speedy? But where is that. A dozvěděl jsem se jen to, že je pátek, končí v 6 hodin a neví, zda mi objednané zboží doručí. Absolutely horrible phone call with the operator. Zero effort to answer my question. Včera mi přišla zpráva, že mi bude kurýr doručovat balíček mezi 9:30 a 10:30, ale kurýr se neozval a když jsem volala na číslo, bylo celý den vypnuté. Druhý den jsem se dozvěděla, že mi kurýr vrátil zboží na sklad. Už si u této společnosti doručení neobjednám. Unfortunately, I have to add to the negative reviews. Yesterday I received a message that the courier would deliver the package to me between 9:30 and 10:30, but the courier did not answer and when I called the number, it was switched off all day. The next day I learned that the courier had returned the goods to my warehouse. I will no longer order delivery from this company.
