AVOID AT ALL COST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery company in the world. Waiting over two weeks for an express delivery from Germany. After my package was delayed over two weeks and I had been calling customer service for a week, they kept telling me the package would be delivered the next day. This never happened, finally a driver picked up my package from the depo and did not notify me. I called the driver who hung up on me, later I had my girlfriend call him he told her the package would be delivered by 1130. It didn't arrive, I called customer service where they told me that the driver signaled I wasn't home!!! He did not call or text me, just brought the package to a parcel shop 5 km away. I am never using this company again. Terrible and incompetent, it is incredible DHL has associated itself with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It says you can pay "dobirku" by card on the web site, yet its never available with the driver. SMS says package will be delivered between 12-14, driver comes at 11:30 and leaves. After that he brings your package to "vydejny mesto" instead of delivering.
There are plenty of delivery services in CR, PPL is not the one to use

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever and unprofessional behaviour! Would give 0 stars if possible and should be called a company of delivery. I asked to deliver my package on Saturday when I'm home and they changed the date to Monday! Genius!!! We tried to change it for evening delivery and was not possible for my address in Prague 9! We tried email, nothing. I take holiday on the expected delivery date and they don't show up!!! It was an 18Kg package that I cannot pick up because I do not have a car when will it be delivered? Only GOD knows

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PPL used to not pick up or deliver parcels because the user was not home.
What is their excuse now when due to Covid19 we are all staying at home?
"was canceled due to non-delivery" after 7 days of waiting.
At least they should ring the door, call, email, update order status --- nothing!!!
DPD is way more reliable.
In 3 days you file a complaint - solved right after the order is cancelled. How convenient!
I hope there is some independent audit for all their incompetent drivers.
Not personal, leaving this feedback to all PPL locations as last resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely and positively the worst delivery service in Prague. Inconsistent delivery advisements, non-existent communication with delivery drivers and vague information from personal contact with customer service support.
Why would any vendor such as Amazon or DHL use PPL is beyond my comprehension. Try to stay away from PPL when chosing a delivery carrier.
