S	Svatoslav Štěrba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto tragický servis. Skoro plno, jedna servírka pracuje tempem 5 minut na jednu objednávku, druhá se valí s mobilem za barem. A teď jsem se ještě dozvěděl, že majitel je arogantní nafoukanec co reaguje na kritiku asi jako Evropská komise. Chyba a problém je samozřejmě na straně hosta. Co je ovšem vážnější, že majitel je také rasista. Nerad jsem vám dal 1 hvězdičku, ale musel jsem, bohužel nula se zadat nedá. Protože jsem u vás nebyl poprvé, jedná se rozhodne o zhoršení. A tím plným barem se neohánějte, bylo obsazeno max. pět stolů. Špatně jste to pochopil. Takže pokud chcete navštívit bar, kde majitel a obsluha jsou na prvním místě a host je jen zdroj peněz, víte kde hledat. Ale aspoň si užijete klidu, obsluha vás nebude rušit určitě minimálně půl hodiny od příchodu. Pokud vás ovšem nevyruší feťáci a alkoholici, jak uvedeno v recenzích níže. Já jsem měl aspoň v tom štěstí. Absolutely tragic service. Almost full, one waitress works at a rate of 5 minutes on one order, the other rolls with a cell phone behind the bar. And now I have learned that the owner is an arrogant puff who responds to criticism like the European Commission. The error and the problem is of course on the guest's side. What is more serious is that the owner is also a racist. I hated to give you 1 star, but I had to, unfortunately, zero can not be entered. Since I was not with you for the first time, this is definitely a deterioration. And do not chase the full bar, max. Five tables were occupied. You misunderstood it. So if you want to visit the bar where the owner and service are in the first place and the guest is just a source of money, you know where to look. But at least enjoy the peace of mind, the staff will not disturb you at least half an hour after arrival. Unless you are disturbed by junkies and alcoholics, as mentioned in the reviews below. At least I was lucky enough.
S	Standa Kalasek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mnou velice oblíbené misto, kde na Vás čeká příjemné prostředí, široký výběr nápojů s milou obsluhou. Stojí za návštěvu Doporučuji. A very popular place for me, where a pleasant environment awaits you, a wide selection of drinks with friendly service. Worth a visit I recommend.
F	Fredegar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem tu dnes odpoledne na kávu (byla super) nejdříve nás obsluhovala potetovaná servírka s tetováním na ruce nechala nás půl hodiny čekat na objednání což se mi moc nelíbilo když konečně přišla tak byla značně podrážděná a nepříjemná. Ta druhá servírka co jí střídala byla daleko příjemnější a ochotnejší kávu měla super :) I was here this afternoon for coffee (she was great) first we were served by a tattooed waitress with a tattoo on her arm, we left us waiting for half an hour to order, which I didn't like very much when she finally came so she was very irritated and unpleasant. The other waitress who changed her was much more pleasant and more willing coffee was great :)
L	Ladislav Dostál on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím sem velmi rád obzvlášť, když na baru potkávám velmi usměvavou mladou slečnu. Byla tu pátek, sobotu i neděli. Lepší obsluhu jsem neviděl. Bohužel jak jsem se dočetl na recenzích že paní nebyla spokojena za slečny směny. Tak paní, která vycupala slečnu barmanku a i přesto jak slečna dostala vycupováno od pani tak se stále na všechny hosty usmívala a byla příjemná. Jen bych se chtěl slečny barmanky zastat i když jí osobně neznám ale byl jsem bohužel svědkem celého konfliktu, kdy paní startovala na slečnu barmanku a obviňovali jí, že slečna napočítala něco více než měla, slečna jí dvakrát slušně i s úsměv vše vysvětlila a omluvila se, že má na novém lístku špatně kalkulaci a že má cenu v klasickém nápojovém lístku tu cenu, kterou má započítanou... a že paní tady píše, že dostala ušmudlaný lístek? Směšné, slečna jí opět odpověděla slušně, že nefunguje kasa na vyjíždění lístku a že se omlouvá ale, že se nemusejí teď vyjíždět lístky kvůli tomu, že je odpuštěné eet... Paní sebrala klasický lístek, který měla na stole a odešla... Opravdu zaráží mě občas jak lidé mohou být i na člověka, který je obsluhuje tak hnusný a zlý. Rád opět příjdu na kávu a na pivko. Obě dvě se vždy tu dělají s láskou :) I like to come here especially when I meet a very smiling young lady at the bar. She was here Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I have not seen better service. Unfortunately, as I read in the reviews, the lady was not satisfied with the shifts. So the lady who picked up the young bartender and yet as the young lady got picked up from the lady, she still smiled at all the guests and was nice. I would just like to stand up for the bartender, even though I don't know her personally, but unfortunately I witnessed the whole conflict, when the lady started the bartender and accused her of counting a little more than she had, the lady explained everything to her twice and with a smile. that he has a bad calculation on the new ticket and that the price in the classic drink menu has the price he has included ... and that the lady writes here that she got a dirty ticket? Ridiculous, the young lady replied politely again that the ticket office didn't work and that she apologized, but that they didn't have to leave tickets now because eet was forgiven ... The lady picked up the classic ticket she had on the table and left ... It really strikes me at times how people can be so disgusting and evil to a person who serves them. I'm happy to come again for coffee and beer. Both are always done here with love :)
