★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se Sport Bronec mám jen ty nejlepší zkušenosti. Dostal jsem doporučení a po nákupu již druhého kola bych jinam nešel. Osobní přístup, vše vysvětlí, objednají, plní termíny, přátelský přístup majitele i servismana... co víc si přát. Na servis před sezónou se budete vyloženě těšit :)
 I have only the best experience with Sport Bronec. I received a recommendation and after buying the second round I would not go anywhere else. Personal approach, explains everything, orders, meets deadlines, friendly approach of the owner and serviceman ... what more could you want. You will be looking forward to the service before the season :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel negativní zkušenost. Po koupi kola (ve stejném obchodě) nesprávně seřídili převody, a navrhli dodatečný nákup součástek za cca 3500 Kč na úplně nové kolo jako nápravu "vady". Kolo si nechali, na součástky jsem čekal 32 dní, po více urgencích mi majitel kolo přivezl osobně neopravené. Prý selhal dodavatel, ale z jiného maloobchodu jej součástky za ten měsíc objednat nenapadlo. Na můj dotaz, jaké to byly součástky, abych si je mohl objednat sám, majitel 5x v různých zprávách a telefonátech nereagoval. Nakonec jsem nechal převody seřídit v jiném servisu - do 5 min bylo kolo pojezdné bez závad, se stávající výbavou.
Přinejlepším nekompetentnost, přinejhorším snaha vytáhnout ze zákazníka více peněz podvodem. Ten měsíc bez kola mi ale nikdo nevrátí. Nikdy víc.
Unfortunately, a negative experience. After buying a bike (in the same shop), they incorrectly adjusted the gears, and suggested an additional purchase of parts for about CZK 3,500 for a completely new bike as a remedy for a "defect". They kept the bike, I waited for the parts for 32 days, after more urgencies the owner brought the bike to me personally unrepaired. It is said that the supplier failed, but it did not occur to him to order parts from another retail store in that month. When asked what parts they were so that I could order them myself, the owner did not respond 5 times in various messages and phone calls. In the end, I had the gears adjusted in another service - within 5 minutes the bike was mobile without defects, with the existing equipment.
At best incompetence, at worst the effort to withdraw more money from the customer by fraud. But no one will return the month without a bike to me. Never more.
