R	Ratimor S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domluvili jsme se na oprave kola (nove kliky a slapaci stred). Po tydnu nahaneni se mi pan Brzak neozival s tim, ze ma ted zakaznika a hned pak zavola. Kdyz jsem si prijel pro neopravene kolo, abych vymenil plast a bovdeny, byla vzadu slyset alkoholova zabava a od te doby se mi nikdo neozval. A proto nabadam k opatrnosti. Do oci slibuje modre z nebe a pak se na me vykasle bez jedine zpravy. Ze si tam nebudu kupovat nove kolo je asi vsem jasne.. We agreed on the repair of the bike (new cranks and tread center). After a week of chasing me, Mr. Brzak didn't tell me that I now have a customer and he called right away. When I came for an unrepaired bike to change plastic and cables, alcohol amusement was heard in the back and no one has heard from me since. And that's why I urge you to be careful. He promises blue from the sky to his eyes and then he looks at me without a single message. It is probably clear to everyone that I will not buy a new bike there ..

L	Lukáš Nedjalkov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme dohodnutí na navrtání vázání na skialpy na daný skelet s tím, že jsem měl ještě dodatečný požadavek jak vázání navrtat (poloha patky vůči skeletu). Nejenže původní termín nebyl ze strany prodejce dodržen, ale vázání vůbec nebylo navrtáno dle dodatečného požadavku. Když jsem jsem personál na prodejně konfrontoval s touto skutečností, bylo mi jen řečeno, že "asi špatná domluva". Paralelně prodávající, se kterým jsem se o všem během odevzdání lyží domlouval potvrdil, že za něj byla i formace jasná a že ji technikovi předal... Lyže jsem zaplatil a převzal, avšak bez jakékoliv omluvy nebo jen náznaku, že by chyba mohla být na straně prodejce. Osobně mi poradil s výběrem modelu, zařídil správné nastavení kola a doporučil dobré oblečení. Velká spokojenost i s následným servisem kol. Doporučuji!
