★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemné překvapení. Squash kurt ok, badminton kurty top. Šatny a sprchy krásné a čisté. Slečna na recepci velmi milá :)
 Pleasant surprise. Squash court ok, badminton courts top. Changing rooms and showers beautiful and clean. Miss at the reception very nice :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremne neprofesionalni, arogantni pani recepci! Chodime pravidelne, pulka hotove pulka na Multisport. Pri prichodu pozdrav na pul h*by, rikame, ze chceme platit predem (ano, beru uhrazeni kartou Multisport jako platbu, nebot se to nijak nevylucuje) a pani nas odbyla, ze az na konci pri odchodu, ze jde pryc si neco vyridit. Ok. Pri odchodu doslo k urazeni me osoby (,,slecne snad neni 5 let, aby neznala rozdil mezi placenim a predlozenim Multisportky”!!!), drza, ustekana, zenska! Clovek si jde zahrat hru, udelat si radost a narazi na takhle znechucenyho cloveka, co si nevidi do pusy! Slepice, jinak se pani nazvat neda. Mate na cem pracovat, vzhledem k ostatnim recenzim, nejsme jedini otraveni zakaznici diky tomuhle pristupu…
Extremely unprofessional, arrogant receptionist! We go regularly, regiment done regiment on Multisport. On arrival, we greet you at half-time, we say that we want to pay in advance (yes, I take payment with a Multisport card as payment, as this is not excluded) and the lady left us that at the end of the departure, she goes away with something. Ok. On leaving, I was offended by a person ("Miss may not be 5 years old so that she does not know the difference between paying and submitting Multisports" !!!), cheeky, frightened, woman! A man goes to play a game, make himself happy and come across such a disgusted man who can't see his mouth! Hens, otherwise the lady can't be called. You have something to work on, given other reviews, we are not the only customers annoyed by this approach…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji! Měla jsem rezervaci od 19:30 do 20:30, ale odpoledne mi volala paní recepční s tím, že se ji nechce být v práci do půl 9 kvůli jednomu kurtu (btw pracovní dobu mají do 22:00). Takže jsem musela zrušit svoje plány a přijet na dřívější hodinu. Ale bohužel ani to nestačil, zřejmě paní pak rozhodla, že se ji nechce být v práci ani do 20 hod, a proto mi řekla, že nemám dostatečně čisté boty, samozřejmě boty byly úplně v pořádku a byly vždycky používaný vyloženě na indoor aktivity. Takže hodinu jsme uhradili a jeli pryč.
Zkažený večer, zkažené plány a všechno kvůli paní recepční, které se nechce vykonávat svoji práci.
Nedoporučuji a nikdy už tam nejdu, dokud tam pracuje taková arogantní obsluha.
Definitely not recommended! I had a reservation from 19:30 to 20:30, but in the afternoon the receptionist called me and said that she did not want to be at work until half past eight due to one court (btw they have working hours until 22:00). So I had to cancel my plans and arrive earlier. But unfortunately that wasn't enough, apparently the lady decided that she didn't want to be at work until 8 pm, so she told me that I didn't have clean enough shoes, of course the shoes were perfectly fine and were always used exclusively for indoor activities. So we paid for the hour and drove away.
Spoiled evening, spoiled plans and everything because of the receptionist, who does not want to do her job.
I do not recommend and I will never go there again until such an arrogant staff works there.
