Objekt vzniknul po Třicetileté válce jako provizorní panské sídlo v době, kdy vrchnost uvažovala o rekonstrukci vypáleného hradního areálu. K té však už nedošlo, místo toho byl vybudován nový barokní zámek. Od roku 1982 sídlí v prostorách této budovy Základní Umělecká Škola Buštěhrad. The early Baroque small chateau in the immediate vicinity of the Buštěhrad´s big one is not a completely conspicuous, yet significant local monument. The object was built after the Thirty Years' War as a temporary manor house at a time when the nobility was considering the reconstruction of the burned-out old castle grounds. However, this did not happen, instead a new baroque chateau was built. Since 1982, the Buštěhrad Elementary Art School has been housed in here.
