★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotný personál, slušný výběr zboží. Škoda jen,že prodejna je malá. Uličky mezi regály jsou malé,sotva pro jednoho.
 Helpful staff, decent selection of goods. It's a pity that the store is small. The aisles between the shelves are small, barely for one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jako nemůžu hodnotit jinak než takhle,od 10.11.21 čekám na zásilku která by měla byt do čtyř dnů ready. Nic. Ok si říkám, výběru něco co mají SKLADEM DLE SHOPU (HRANICE), vytvořím objednávku v 13.06... Čekám...Čekám a nic tak teda píšu mail že jako co se děje že? Odpověď? " Dobrý den,se omlouváme ale zboží nemůžeme najít nebo jej nemáme" v téhle době? V tomhle století? Jako opravdu NEVÍM CO MÁM NA SKLADĚ?? To se to jako samo ztratilo? Tohle fakt ne!
APELUJI NA VEDENÍ ŘETĚZCE SPORTISIMO ABY SJEDNALO NĚJAKOU NÁPRAVU nebo ALESPOŇ ŘEŠILO CO SE NA POBOČCE DĚJE. Není to má první špatná zkušenost s touto pobočkou, personál neškolený,neví ani jak přijmout zboží na reklamaci/vratku.
Se mi v Brně, Ostravě či Olomouci nikdy nestalo.
Opravdu bída tohle.
A jako bonus zítra jedu pryč a nemám nic s toho co jsem si objednal!!!

As I can not evaluate otherwise than this, from 10.11.21 I am waiting for a shipment that should be ready within four days. Nothing. Ok I say, choosing something they have IN STOCK ACCORDING TO THE SHOP (BORDERS), I will create an order at 13.06 ... I'm waiting ... I'm waiting and so I'm writing an e-mail that like what's going on? Answer? "Hello, we're sorry but we can't find the goods or we don't have them" at this time? In this century? Like I really DON'T KNOW WHAT I HAVE IN STOCK ?? Is it lost by itself? Not really this!
I APPLY TO THE LEADERSHIP OF THE SPORTISIMO CHAIN TO MAKE ANY REMEDY OR AT LEAST TO SOLVE WHAT HAPPENS ON THE BRANCH. It is not my first bad experience with this branch, the staff untrained, does not even know how to accept the goods for a complaint / return.
It never happened to me in Brno, Ostrava or Olomouc.
He really misery this.
And as a bonus, I'm leaving tomorrow and I have nothing to do with what I ordered !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký výběr sortimentu pro všechny. Návštěvnost prodejny je celkem velká a tak pouze 2 kabinky pro odzkoušení na tuto prodejnu se mi zdají opravdu málo, naposledy jsem to po půl hodině vzdal......
Large selection of products for everyone. The number of visitors to the store is quite large, so only 2 booths for testing at this store seem really small to me, the last time I gave it up after half an hour ......
