★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rám na kole mi po 15 měsících v záruce vyblednul 40 % rámu totálně vybledlá fluo barva tak pozor na to prej to maj napsaný v záruce že se to stane .k reklamaci se moc nemaj prej to musej posoudit... pokuď bych to veděl tak bych to kolo nekoupil ❗️
Bicycle frame after 15 months in warranty fade 40% of the frame totally faded fluo color so watch over it has been written in the warranty that it will happen. The complaint is very much not to be judged ... if I knew so I would that bike did not buy ❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osobně jsem navštívil pobočku dne 7.7. A za sebe musím říct, že perfektní přístup, perfektní služby. Pozáruční servis jsem řešil s p. Bánovským. Kterému bych tímto chtěl ještě jednou moc poděkovat. Bez předchozí domluvy termínu mi kolo na počkání opravil a seřídil.
Smutné bohužel je, že tento servis mi nebyl schopen nikdo v okolí byliště provést.
I personally visited the branch on 7.7. And for myself I must say that the perfect approach, the perfect service. I solved post-warranty service with Mr. Bánovský. To whom I would like to thank once again. Without prior appointment, he repaired and adjusted my bike while I was waiting.
Unfortunately, it is a fact that no one in the vicinity of the field was able to perform this service for me.
