★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já osobně už tam nejdu. Takový přístup k zákazníkovi jsem už dlouho neviděl. Byl jsem tam třikrát. Ale vždy velké zklamání. Dceři jsem půjčoval vybavení na lyžák. Už ze školy přišla s tím ať jdeme raději do Oder, že rodiče nemají v Hranicích dobré zkušenosti. Dnes vím, že jsem měl na tuto radu dát.
I personally don't go there anymore. I have not seen such an approach to the customer for a long time. I've been there three times. But always a big disappointment. I lent my daughter ski equipment. She came from school with the idea that we would rather go to the Oder, that the parents do not have good experience in Hranice. Today I know that I should have taken this advice.
