Je smutné ,že až po zaslání recenze.Na můj první dotaz paní Fotku ani neviděla a odpovídala jak stroj.A opravdu díra se mi nezdá jak paní psala ona tam je .
Samozřejmě boty pošlu po prozkoumání recenzi nejsem sám boty nic nevydrží už se trhají i po stranách takže odpad za 3500kč.( chůze 60-80km)
Nejsem zvyklý ,že se při jasné věci někomu něco zdá.
Kdyby první odpověď byla taková co jste teď poslali problém by nebyl.
Nemám problém svůj názor přehodnotit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reklamovala jsem obuv, kterou mi zaslali zpět zcela bez opravy. Řešila jsem to s prodejcem, který se mi následně po doložených fotografiích omluvil a zřídil nápravu. Díky tomu mohu opravdu doporučit - výborná komunikace a snaha vše zařídit ke spokojenosti zákazníka. Cením si toho, že uznali chybu, s tímto férovým přístupem zde určitě ještě někdy nakoupíme.
I complained about the shoes they sent back to me without any repairs. I dealt with it with the seller, who subsequently apologized to me after the documented photos and set up a remedy. Thanks to that, I can really recommend it - excellent communication and an effort to arrange everything to the customer's satisfaction. I appreciate that they acknowledged the mistake, with this fair approach we will definitely buy here again someday.
