★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy online in EU, Sports Direct provides return address only in the UK.
We purchased some items online from Prague Sports Direct Czech website, because their Prague shop has been closed for months due to COVID lockdown. One item was wrong size; the instructions to return goods come with the package with return address in the UK only (?!)
Do not buy goods from the from local EU online shop or you will end up paying delivery fee for returns to outside of EU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really, I want to give no stars, but that option is not available. Once opened after the COVID-19 closure, my wife is in her 50's and wanted to buy a sports bra. The selection was good and she was able to get a great price as they had a reduced price when buying two (2). With sanitary cleaning product on her hands and the recent opening, she did not use the fitting room, she purchased and left. The size was not correct and we returned the next day to exchange for the proper size. She was denied and given the explanation ? that "this is store policy". "You should have tried on in the store." I checked YOUR website. There is NO reference to this, so called, "policy". NOR there anything posted at the sales display or cash area. NOR was she told this when purchasing. So she is out over 400 czk. And you have 3 less customers and hopefully more with anyone else I can tell. This is completely and an unacceptable business practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caution: rip off! Sold me the wrong size. I only read it with reading glasses at home because my eyes are bad. I brought my underpants back in their original packaging, but the store manager refused to exchange them "for hygienic reasons" because I had them in my apartment from yesterday to today. I should have tried them on in the store. I'm sorry, what? It is more hygienic to finger and try on goods in the store than to read on the packaging at home that the goods are the wrong size ????
Please go to Decathlon, which is only 200 meters away in the Metropole Mall. They take back wrongly purchased goods and even accept euros at a favorable rate. Only Czech crowns are accepted at Sportsdirect.com! Seldom had such a bad shopping experience as with them!
