★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná obsluha, z renovace skluznice s dojednaných 440 Kč bylo nakonec 520 Kč, že pokud mi to neřekl o nárůstu peněz, tak proto že ho už bolí ústa. Prodejce to řekl vulgárně. Nejsem a nemohu býti spokojen s kvalitou této provozovny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme si v Nymburce zapůjčili 2x snowboardový komplet. Uvedená cena v ceníku 155,- na den je opravdu velmi příznivá a lákavá. Bohužel již v ceníku není uvedeno, že si účtují dalších 100,- za seřízení vybavení. Snowboardy bylo potřeba přehodit na opačnou nohu a pánové si za to naúčtovali 2x 100,-. Což při vypůjčení pouze na jeden den zvyšuje cenu na 255,-. Nikdy jsem se nesetkal s tím, že by zákazník při vypůjčení vybavení platil i servis?! Pan majitel nám ovšem sdělil, že je to naprosto standardní a odkázal nás na platný ceník na jejich stránkách. Po upozornění, že v ceníku je jasně uvedeno, že servis se platí pouze u majetku zákazníka nám bylo řečeno, že se omlouvá, ale že jde o starý ceník. Proč je tedy na stránkách jasně uvedena sezóna 2017/2018? Podivná je i skutečnost, že si pánové peníze za servis vzali pěkně na ruku tedy bez dokladu. Opravdu velmi pofidérní jednání. :-/

It was necessary to throw snowboards on the opposite leg and the gentlemen charged 2x 100, - for that. Which, when borrowing for only one day, increases the price to 255, -. Have I never encountered a customer paying for service when renting equipment ?! However, the owner told us that it was completely standard and referred us to a valid price list on their website. After notifying that the price list clearly states that the service is paid only for the customer's property, we were told that he was sorry, but that it was an old price list. So why is the 2017/2018 season clearly stated on the website? Strange is also the fact that the gentlemen took the money for the service nicely on their hands, so without a document. Really very pofider behavior. : - /

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nepříjemný až arogantní jednání prodavače. Lákadlem jsou nízké ceny, které za to nakonec ani nestojí.
Půjčila jsem si snowboard, který jsem si na jejich doporučení jela do Brandejsa vybrat a zarezervovat dopředu. Když jsem dorazila, bylo mi řečeno, že aktuálně mají vše vypůjčené- takže výběr žádný a cesta zbytečná, ikdyž jsem se ptala zda to má smysl, jestli tam něco mají. Pán velice nepříjemný a mé dotazy ohledně snowboardu ho snad otravovaly. Snowboard byl starý, vázaní se na prkně se s uvázanou botou hýbalo a přesky jsme museli poupravit. Opravdu jsem se na prkně spíš bála, než si to užila. Už si tam nikdy nic nepůjčím a nehodlám takové podnikání a chování podporovat.

I borrowed a snowboard that I went to Brandejs for their recommendations and booked in advance. When I arrived, I was told that they had everything borrowed at the moment - so no choice and no need for a trip, even though I asked if it made sense if they had anything. The gentleman was very uncomfortable and perhaps my questions about snowboarding had bothered him. Snowboard was old, the binding on the board moved with the tied shoe and we had to adjust the buckles. I was really worried on the board rather than enjoying it. I will never borrow anything there again and do not intend to promote such business and behavior.
