★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around lunch hour (12PM) it gets really busy. If time is your priority you are better off coming here around 1PM. The lunch menu offers four options and a soup for around 160CZK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and staff are OK, sometimes above average, sometimes below. Rather stick with "traditional" Czech dishes - those are usually better. Gambrinus sucks, but it may be more about me, than about the pub.

1. Arrived as a group of 3 and was only given a single menu to share.
2. One of our party ordered "a quarter duck" from the menu and just got a tiny drumstick.
3. Another ordered a burger which arrived about 10 minutes after the other meals, as apparently the chef cooked the wrong thing. Burger was ok but absolutely dripping with fat and the chips were not particularly nice.
4. Another ordered chicken but received pork.
5. Poor service in general, we weren't approached by the staff again after our food arrived at all.
Avoid at all costs. There are much better establishments just down the road.
