Dle dostupných dendrologických výzkumů byly stromy, z nich jsou některé z tramů vyrobeny, pokáceny na přelomu let 1273 a 1274. Kostel a okolí náležel k Vyšehradské kapitule a v následujících stoletích střídal majitele. Ke kostelu přiléhal hřbitov, který byl zrušen a přeměněn na park v roce 1885. V té době vznikla i malá kaple Panny Marie Lurdské u severozápadní zdi. V areálu zůstaly také tři náhrobky že zrušeného hřbitova. Další zajímavostí je také dřevěná zvonice na podezdívce ze 17. století. Farní kostel je velmi dobře udržován a přístupný jen v omezenou denní dobu. Panem farářem jsem jako návštěvník byl dost tvrdé vyzván k příspěvku na kostel. Příspěvek mi nedělá problém, ale jednání mě zaskočilo... Atypical single-nave, flat-ceilinged Romanesque church. Adjacent to the church was a cemetery, which was abolished and turned into a park in 1885. At that time, a small chapel of the Virgin Mary of Lourdes was built at the northwest wall. There are also three tombstones in the area that abolished the cemetery. Another interesting feature is the wooden bell tower on the foundation from the 17th century. The parish church is very well maintained and accessible only for a limited time of day. As a visitor, I was quite harshly invited by the pastor to contribute to the church. Navíc sem nechodí přes týden na mše moc lidí - tak kolem deseti, pan farář to někdy nestihne přijet načas, ale mše zde prožité jsou pro mne vždy obohacující.
