Today, April 1, 22, I went to the Stabila company in Haluzice to buy oak briquettes. It should be noted that the briquettes are really excellent. I expected that from April, like last year, the briquettes would be at a discount. So in the morning I looked at the website of Sabila ČR s.r.o., the same price as in March, "only 6, 50 CZK per Kg" (I have a photo with the date and time 1. 4.22 09:12, taken directly in the company). I wanted to buy two pallets, on which I also had money according to the current price displayed on the Internet. Unfortunately, before paying, I was warned that from today, the new price is "only 7.50 per kilo". I originally thought it was an April Fool's prank. When I argued that I was familiar with the price on their website, I was told that a colleague in charge of the website was Covid and therefore the price was not adjusted on her website. That's nice, but as a customer, I have rights that have been broken in my opinion. I asked for a price that is on the internet, but in vain. Take it or not. I made a big mistake that I did not contact the CTIA immediately. I would very much like to know their views on this situation. In conclusion, it must be said that the briquettes were always perfect, I believe that at least the quality remained, but the interest in the client and the law after today absolutely none. Our customer probably no longer pays our master. I recommend everyone to contact the company by phone before the purchase (now 1.4. 22 time 16:40 the prices are corrected despite the employee's illness) and to find out the price and possibly the currency in which you can pay. They don't take cards.
