Podrobný, nebo alespoň "rámcově podrobný" položkový rozpočet pro nabídku u nich nehledejte, pouze ceny za určité fáze stavby, v jejichž hodně stručných popisech je to všechno pěkně namícháno. A když se začnete ptát, na základě jakých metráží a výměr bylo nacenění provedeno, zda jsou v ceně i všechny přípojky a kolik stojí (slyšel jsem, "že jasně", ale písemně to samozřejmě nemám), proč jsou v nabídce uvedeny interiérové příčky RigiStabil u dvou různých položek, a že by se tedy asi měly z jedné položky odstranit a tím snížit někde cena(?), nebo proč je v sekci truhlářských výrobků namíchaná i část elektroinstalace, tak vás rovnou pošlou ke konkurenci. Což je na druhou stranu možná dobře. Třeba jsou v projektové fázi lepší, ale tak daleko jsme se s nimi nedostali.
Takže pokud stavíte dům poprvé, stačí Vám max. dvě schůzky v celkové délce cca 3 hod., a zbytek si minimálně ve dvojnásobném čase chcete z "nabídky" luštit sami a přemýšlet, co všechno a proč tam je uvedeno, nebo naopak to nechcete řešit vůbec, je to firma pro Vás.

Do not look for a detailed, or at least "roughly detailed" item budget for the offer from them, only prices for certain phases of construction, in whose very brief descriptions it is all nicely mixed. And if you start asking, on the basis of what lengths and dimensions, the pricing was carried out, whether all connections are included in the price and how much they cost (I heard "that clearly", but of course I don't have it in writing), why RigiStabil interior partitions are listed. for two different items, and that they should probably be removed from one item and thus reduce the price somewhere (?), or why part of the wiring is mixed in the joinery products section, they will send you straight to the competition. Which, on the other hand, may be good. Maybe they are better in the project phase, but we didn't get that far with them.
So if you are building a house for the first time, you only need a maximum of two meetings with a total length of about 3 hours, and you want to solve the rest from the "offer" at least twice as much and think about everything and why it is stated there, or vice versa. at all, this is the company for you.
