★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odstranění závady až po druhé reklamaci, když po první mi bylo sděleno: "Nevíme, čím to je". Před druhou reklamací jsem si vlastními silami zjistil příčinu problému a tu majiteli firmy, panu Himlovi, sdělil. Poté už šlo všechno tak, jak mělo.
Pokud hledáte servis, kde si musíte na příčinu problému přijít sami, tak doporučuji, jinak se vyhněte obloukem.
Jediné plus je pak ochota přijímacího technika, pana Mrňávka - což ale neschopnost celého personálu samozřejmě nevyváží. Na druhé straně pan majitel Himl je člověk, kterého opravdu potkat nechcete - neochota sama (otevřeno má být Po-Pá do 18 hod, ale do telefonu mi bylo ve středu okolo oběda řečeno: "Přijeďte co nejdřív, kolega tu není, budu tu nejdéle do 15 hod.)...
Remedy of the defect after the second complaint, when after the first I was told: "We do not know what it is". Before the second complaint, I found out the cause of the problem by myself and informed the company owner, Mr. Himl. Then everything went as it should.
If you are looking for a service where you have to figure out the cause of the problem yourself, I recommend otherwise avoid the arc.
The only plus is the willingness of the reception engineer, Mr. Mrňávek - which, of course, the inability of the entire staff does not compensate. On the other hand, Mr. Himl's owner is a person you really do not want to meet - unwillingness alone (open Mon-Fri until 6 pm, but on the phone I was told on Wednesday around lunch: "Come as soon as possible, my colleague is not here until 3 pm) ...

Po dalších dvou dnech byla oprava k mé velké spokojenosti hotová.Byl jsem moc spokojen jak s přístupem pracovníků servisu tak s kvalitou provedené práce.

After the next two days, the repair was completed to my great satisfaction. I was very satisfied with both the approach of the service staff and the quality of the work performed.
