★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dostatečný výběr strojů, fajn přístup a chlapi měli pochopení, že ne každý s těmi stroji dělá denně, takže i slušně vysvětlili co a jak. Mohu jen doporučit.

V prvé řadě hledají řešení Vašeho problému, a až následovně řeší, jestli to problém nezpůsobí jim. Zkuste to a uvidíte, že sem se budete vracet rádi, a oni Vás zase rádi uvidí ?, ostatně, i já jsem toto hodnocení napsal rád.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto firmu jsem vybral, právě kvůli níže uvedeným referencím, ale velmi špatná organizace mi byla osudnou. Bagr byl na velmi dobré úrovni, čistý a citlivý, zaučeni jsme dostali. Bagr jsme měli půjčený na 2 dny. S tím, že jsem předpokládal, že si ho odvezou následující den ráno, či 2. den večer po 8 hodinové sazbě, kterou určíme my, jakožto zákazníci. 2. den, když jsme plánovali dokončovat práce jsem do firmy volal s informací v kolik budeme končit a byl jsem překvapen, že ho budou potřebovat už ve 14h, bez ohledu zdali jsme s ním měli už odmakáno 8 hodin, či nikoli. Důvodem bylo, že jiný velký zákazník bagr potřeboval a tak jsme o něj přišli.
Dále když jsem osobně šel uzavřít tento případ, tak jsem se dozvěděl, že za 2. den mám platit plnou cenu, přitom bych očekával férové jednání a maximálně poloviční cenu na den. Navíc jsem jel osobně 45 km na firmu zbytečně (vzal jsem si na to volno), protože jsem se dozvěděl osobně, že kauce v hotovosti se prakticky rovnala ceně za pronájem zařízení, to mi bylo řečeno až na mistě, protože p. jednatel neměl čas mi to sám od sebe zavolat, naopak mi to řekl ve dveřích, jako příjemný úvod pro uklidnění zákazníka.
Takový amaterismus už nikdy víc, tato firma rozhodně není určena pro menší zákazníky, ty je nezajímají. Místo toho, aby mi ušetřili čas a práci za adekvátní peníze, tak mám rozkopanou zahradu nekompromisně a budu potřebovat bagr aspoň na půl dne práce, abych práci dokončil, což jsou další peníze a levnější by bylo nechat to udělat někoho pěkně za hodinovou sazbu, než si na to brát dovolenou a spoléhat se na tuto firmu s nulovými softskills.
I chose this company, precisely because of the references below, but the very bad organization was fatal for me. The excavator was at a very good level, clean and sensitive, we were trained. We rented the excavator for 2 days. With the assumption that they would take it the next morning or the next day in the evening at an 8-hour rate, which we, as customers, will determine. On the 2nd day, when we planned to finish the work, I called the company with information on what time we would end and I was surprised that they would need it at 2 pm, regardless of whether we had been with him for 8 hours or not. The reason was that another large customer needed an excavator, so we lost it.
Furthermore, when I personally went to close this case, I learned that I have to pay the full price for the 2nd day, while I would expect a fair deal and a maximum of half the price per day. In addition, I personally drove 45 km to the company unnecessarily (I took time off), because I learned in person that the cash deposit was practically equal to the price for renting equipment, I was told on the spot, because Mr. CEO did not have time call me on your own, on the contrary, he told me in the doorway, as a nice introduction to reassure the customer.
Such amateurism never again, this company is definitely not intended for smaller customers, they are not interested in them. Instead of saving me time and work for adequate money, I have a dug garden uncompromisingly and I will need an excavator for at least half a day's work to finish the work, which is more money and it would be cheaper to let someone do it nicely for an hourly rate than Take it on vacation and rely on this company with zero softskills.
