Standental S.r.o.

This is the first time I am writing a negative review. I chose this Standental office because it was close to work. Subsequently, he greatly regretted it. There is only one doctor Stanislav Lazurenko working there. The first time I came, the dentist Lazurenko worked alone, without a nurse, so he independently answered all the calls that came to the phones, opened the doors to those who came to the office, focusing on conversations and making appointments with patients, while doing this with gloves. without changing them and without washing your hands. Often distracted, complicating my work directly as a doctor, but also inconveniences for me as a patient. As a result, there was not enough time, the next patient was also waiting, the doctor did not complete the oral hygiene procedure. But he took the money for the whole procedure. The second time (today) I had to come to finish the unfinished work. He met me in a bad mood, then it was worse, he was rude and rude to me, confusing me with another patient. I left the office in a depressed state of such an attitude and patient service. As for the functional duties themselves, he "did it poorly and irresponsibly", as said another dentist, whom I visited after my visit to Lazurenko. Unfortunately, I had to redo and pay again. A few more disadvantages: - The doctor smokes, so there is a persistent unpleasant smell of tobacco from clothes; - DOES NOT ISSUE checks, receipts, documents confirming payment; - There is no X-ray room. For such purposes, the doctor sends to the clinic, which is located elsewhere in the city; - Prices for services are clearly overpriced and do not correspond to the quality of the services provided (vzp insurance covered only the picture); - Deep disappointment from the Ukrainian doctor who represents (or substitutes) the European service. I do not advise.

The doctor comes to me and explains everything clearly, but he is currently without a nurse and handles everything himself. It is a small surgery, so there is no X-ray and I do not know how to perform other more complex procedures, however, from what we still know, we have to go around the regiment of Prague to get a crown. We have been going to him for a long time, but I would personally say that the services were definitely more pleasant when he worked at the old clinic.
