It was bad. For 149 czk for a Matcha Latte with a foam like a capuccino and the temperature not even close to a kids temp is not acceptable for a company like this. When I told that to the staff, they barely even cared about it. Not to mension that there was some problems with the other drink, that we ordered. Not very costumer friendly, bad quality drinks. Do not recommend it.

This is a little hidden gem that I can’t believe more people don’t go to, the toilets were a little messy but other than this the service, staff and location is amazing.

It is a Starbucks in a great location with a great view and the staff is very friendly. So that is that. What I didn't expect was to pay 13€ for 2 drinks that at any other location cost around 7€. That not being enough, they also charge you for using the toilet no matter if you're a customer or not.

This is the coolest Starbucks I have ever been to. It is near Prague castle. It has nice Prague city view. Employees are nice and friendly. There is enough seating.

This Starbucks is in the very special location - right below the corner of Prague castle. It's terraces provide the stunning view of Old Town and Mala Strana. The interior sitting area is small but cosy. The place is popular, and filled with tourists, mostly. They crowd in the queue, most of them ignoring face cover requirements. The staff is obviously overworked, and serves orders expeditiously, but doesn't enforce the masking rules. The coffee is good, if a bit pricey.
