★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the owner and the woman of the toilet is a simple disaster by pretending not understand English to cheat clients. We asked for a refund for the toilet fee by presenting the ticket and rejected by the woman and the owner then shouted at us to ask us to get out of the cafe. A HUGE DISRACE FOR THE PRAHA CITY !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced coffee and pastries. The toilet is 20 crowns, 10 crowns more then the other toilets in Prague castle. Apparently it was free for the clients of the café, but this wasn't mentioned anywhere, so we ended up being customers and also paying for the toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cafe mixed the plates and served non vegetarian food instead of vegetarian food. Be prepared if they break your vow of lifetime vegetarianism.
PS: owner replies that we exchanged the plates ourselves. So, he's suggesting that we purposefully broke my parents vow of vegetarianism. wow! We didn't receive any food for free as he suggests. we paid fully. if you want, I can attach my credit card receipt :) you accepted the mistake then and that's why we forgave you, but writing something here to make your cafe sound good shows otherwise. you are very responsible for your mistakes and karma is bigger than your lies. have a nice day!
